Is there a way to block customers from booking with me?

Can I prevent certain people from trying to book a stay with me in the future?

If it's just a personal issue with the owners or their dog, I'd just message them back as Jennifer suggested and let them know that you don't think you're the best sitter for them, and refer them either to another sitter you think might better suit their needs, or to Rover support for their help. You don't have to give any kind of reason if you don't want to. If they're harassing you with unwanted requests/messages or if something inappropriate happened in an interaction with them, report them to customer support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]) and they can help protect you.

I don't believe there is any way to "block" a customer. If there is an issue I would suggest sending them a message to let them know you won't be able to accept future stays. You are never forced to accept a booking though and so you can respond right away to any request they send in that you are not available for them. Maybe suggest another sitter if you know one?
