How do I cancel my request and start over?

My sitter, Cathie, sent me the following message:

"I got a message from Rover and they want you to cancel your request and start over. They want you to do dog boarding for one night and not day care. Daycare is only for when dogs DON'T spend the night. If you can try again the way I just explained, that would be helpful. Thanks, Cathy"

This is for 3/21/2016 - 3/22/2016. I am completely new to Rover and need guidance on how to get this done correctly.
