so if I have 2 dogs is it double per hour?
I have two dogs, if the sitter charges $15 per hour do I pay $30 per hour?

Each sitter charges differently, so I would suggest contacting your potential sitter to ask them what they would charge for taking 2 dogs.
The majority of sitters have an "additional dog" price, usually quite low. I've even seen sitters consider their stated price to include up to 2 dogs.
On the sitter's profile page click on the link for the prices of additional services, and a window will open listing the fees for all the services they offer. If there is no mention of an add'l dog price, you can contact the sitter and ask what their policies are.
What service is on an hourly rate? I'm not aware of any, but sitters do have the ability to customize their rates or offer other types of services.
