how do I log onto my account?

I'm new to Rover, and I opened an account about a week ago. How can I access my account to see services arranged with my sitter?

Need to cancel current walker and add new walker. Monday 15 minute walk Tuesday came in heat of afternoon 15 min walk Wednesday no show attended party and had migraine I am unable to walk dog who desperately needs to go.

Welcome to Rover!

On the home page, click on Sign In (on the top edge of the page over toward the right side). Then fill in your login info.

Once you've logged in, go back to the upper right area and click on your name. A drop-down list should appear. Click on Inbox, then on either Pending Requests or Upcoming Stays, depending on whether the services have been booked or not.

Go to the section/line that represents the specific stay you are wanting to view. I'm guessing since you're so new, you will only have the one set up so far. You should see a circle-shaped photo that is your sitter's profile picture near the left side. In the middle will be a line or two from the most recent communication with the sitter. Click on the section. That should open up the page for the stay.

On the left side is a black box with the details of the stay - dates, prices, etc. Scroll down a little ways and toward the right you'll see the messages that you and the sitter have exchanged.
