She kept us updated throughout his stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Corina made us feel emotionally and mentally secure knowing Willie was in such caring hands. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. We will definitely be returning clients! ❤️🐾”

“Lin and Jing came to our rescue once again! Skylar is getting older and isn't as fond of road trips, especially when they involve camping in a damp tent. We realized we'd neglected to make arrangements for her, so we quickly turned to Rover and searched for Lin and Jing. Luckily, they had an opening for the weekend! It had been a while since Skylar had stayed with them and Tini, but as soon as we pulled into the driveway, she was thrilled. She ran straight for the front door, and I couldn't have been happier to see her so excited for her weekend away. Thank you for making Skylar feel right at home!”

“Carolina and her husband were absolutely fabulous with Jasper. I have been incredibly nervous to leave him overnight for a few days… but… Caroline made it so easy for me and for Jasper. She provides awesome updates every morning with photographs and provide provides an incredibly safe environment with an opportunity for Jasper to play. I couldn’t be happier that I have found Carolina as a sitter for Jasper.”

“Mon expérience avec le service de garde de Sally pour mon chien Nico a été excellente. Dès notre premier contact, j’ai senti que mon Nico serait entre de très bonnes mains. Sally a été très attentionnée, fiable et semble réellement passionnée par les animaux, elle-même ayant deux beaux petits chiens, Bleue et Nina. Pendant toute la durée de la garde, j’ai reçu des nouvelles régulières accompagnées de photos, ce qui m’a énormément rassurée. This was the first time we were leaving our dog with a sitter since adopting her, so we were unsure what to expect from her. Communication with Jungwan & Jihoon was easy, they were patient with our little tornado, and judging my the photos, she had a wonderful time. Will definitely book again!

Hi, Aniruth was an amazing pet taker with my Jackie. Everyday sending me pics and some videos where I could see how happy and at home Jackie was. Jackie even got the nice surprise of getting some ice cream! which she loved. I definitively recommend Aniruth to take care of your pet. Thanks Aniruth!

Erin has watched Zahra many times and continues to love her like she was her dog. My girl has specific needs and when I go away, I never have to worry. She sends pics and stay in touch which I appreciate! I'll.be booking again with her in April. Thanks Erin and family ❤️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
