She is very warm and personable with us, and very communicative while we were away about how our dog was doing! She was sensitive to our dogs preferences about where she wanted to sleep and took her on lots of walks to keep her from missing us too much. About: Skilled with animals of all breeds and sizes. We strive to meet their needs when with us. We have previous professional history working with working class animals. I am available for boarding as needed in most hours as a team we have open availability to be able to accommodate your pets hours if needs and they will be well looked after. I have a fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play with any toys, mental stimulation tasks, or other physical activities in the yard. Parks are also near by.
About: I know walking each dog is different. Some are overly cautious, protective, or aggressive. Each one has a reason for why they behave that way. To guide them through developing their behaviour, it starts with understanding why first. I’ve lived with animals all of my life, I’m currently living without a dog for the first time in my life. Walking dogs has always helped with stress, and it would be nice to be continue doing this around classes. Depending on the needs of you and your pet, I can take your dog for a walk around your neighbourhood or to the dog park depending on your dog’s social and recall skills.
About: Although I’ve only been taking care of cats for around 3 years. I grew up from the ages of 1-9 with a cat in my household. My girlfriends home where I spend most of my time has two cats which I help feed clean litter boxes whenever I can. Currently my household has four cats all of which are under 3 years old. Overall I would describe myself as a passionate lifelong owner and carer of cats.

About: Hello my name is Kathy and I'm 60plus, retired and love dogs. I have been away from the Rover platform since 2021. In May of 2024 my husband and I moved from Saskatoon to Good Spirit Lake to be closer to my daughter's family in Yorkton and our two grandsons ages 12 and 10. They also have 2 small dogs at home and are very comfortable and love spending time with all dogs. In July we adotped the sweetest boy Marco. He's a Shorkie breed which is 1/2 Shih Tzu 1/2 Yorkshire Terrier. He will be 1 yr old in April 2026. We live lakeside so we do not have a fenced yard so so all potty breaks will be on leash with myself in attendance. We have an upper deck that is enclosed with a railing and gate that is safe place to leave the dogs unattended weather permitting. Dogs have been in my life and members of my family since childhood. In 2018 and 2019 two of our dogs left this world. Ozzie our Jack Russell Terrier and and Teaca our Sheltie Cross. I would like to do a meet and greet prior to your pets stay if possible but feel free to book your reservation now. A meet and greet is so nice because it provides peace of mind for us the owners and our pets. Note: Overnight stays are charged per 24hrs. If your pets stay will be longer than 24hrs then a daycare fee will be charged. For example if you dropped off on a friday at 9am and plan to pick up on a sunday evening this would be 2 overnight stays and 1 daycare fee for the full day on sunday. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I will respond quickly. I am at home full time and enjoy lake life and being outdoors walking and spending time in my garden. I often drive to Canora (15Min) to pick up the mail and a few groceries. I typically take my dog Marco with me as he loves car rides. I am early up in the morning and early to bed and Marco sleeps with us and I have no problem having extra pups in my bed if that's what they prefer. My husband works in construction and has very busy periods and slow periods throughout the year. He loves dogs and enjoys spending time with us walking and playing. We have no carpet in our home other than a few area rugs that wash up easily. The dogs will have free run of our home that is a single floor, no basement. Marco is a big lover of all dogs and people. He loves to play and run and fetch his toys. He is showing no signs of jealousy or possessiveness towards me.
