Lorsque votre compagnon est avec nous, il ne sera pas considéré comme un simple pensionnaire : il fera pleinement partie de la famille. Ils sortent souvent, pour de longues ou courtes balades ou pour aller au parc à chien (5min en voiture). Les chiens sont en liberté chez moi, je n'ai jamais utilisé de cage. “C'est la deuxième fois que Mya séjourne chez Geneviève, et encore une fois, l'expérience a été exceptionnelle! Mya était tellement contente de la retrouver, ce qui en dit long sur la qualité des soins qu'elle reçoit. Geneviève est une gardienne attentionnée, bienveillante et très professionnelle. Elle prend le temps de faire plusieurs belles marches avec les chiens et envoie régulièrement des photos et des nouvelles, ce qui est vraiment rassurant lorsqu'on est absent. J'apprécie aussi énormément le fait qu'elle fasse un retour à la fin du séjour avec ses observations, les progrès de Mya, ainsi que de précieux conseils et pistes d'amélioration. “Soumaya is not only super friendly, but also a very caring dog sitter. She really took good care of my dog Luna in every aspect, walking, playing, feeding and etc. Her children are fantastic and really love Luna like their own dog. They hug her, cuddle her and spend so much time playing with her. Soumaya also took pictures of Luna throughout the period and sent to us for updates, so that we can rest assured that Luna is in good hands. All in all, Soumaya is an excellent dog sitter; and together with her children, this just becomes a perfect winning team for any pet owners to trust and rely on.”

She sent me pics and videos every day showing her belly up, playing or getting the zoomies, so I could see that she was doing well, it was very reassuring.
