“From the moment we did our meet and greet I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She made us feel very welcome that already then, he was not ready leave and the meet up. He immediately love her calm presence and was begging for belly rubs. This is the first time a drop off felt so effortless and lightweight. She already had many variety of toys to play with , a dog feeding set up and a cozy bed. Which meant I was able to save the hassle and travel lighter. She took a great interest in finding out his likes, his routine. She sent me updates on his stay alone with very cute pictures. I was so reassured by how much fun and how calm he looks. She took him on lots of walks. When I picked his up he was so cute laying there peacefully. I’ve tried many sitters and this is the first time that I felt so at peace leaving him, I’m so glad I found someone that my dog meshes well with and doesn’t feel anxious with. “We recently left our pup, Zelda, with Zhen & Hui for two weeks, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. This was our first time leaving Zelda for such an extended period, and they made us feel completely at ease. Their knowledge and expertise in caring for dogs were evident from the start. Throughout the stay, we received regular updates and adorable pictures/videos which truly helped us relax and enjoy our time away. “Chris was very responsive to my messages and took amazing care of Billy. He sent us photos of Billy throughout his staycation, and he looked very comfortable (in his nest with a pillow and blanket). Billy also got an upset stomach and Chris took care of him. Billy came back soft and happy! I would definitely recommend Chris and will use his services again :)”
