“At the beginning of searching for someone to take care of our puppy, we didn’t know where to go then we found the website ‘Rover’ and we decided on Sérine. She had good reviews and rebooks, which was a good sign plus they mentioned that she provided them with pictures - which we thought was very thoughtful. Our ‘Molly’ seemed so happy in all of the pictures and videos that we didn’t worry at all plus the comments that Sérine made concerning our pup was so caring and thoughtful ❤️. We went to pick Molly up and she was so excited to see us which is normal but her dog was so excited to want to play with her even to the point of dog crying cause he didn’t want her to go 😊. We didn’t say a word but then Molly went over to Sérine for a pat and rubbed up to legs - it was so sweet - then she was ready to go home. We would rebook again and we would definitely recommend Sérine. We gave her a tip before we left (we weren’t aware that we could do it here) to show our appreciation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. Above all, I genuinely care about each animal’s wellbeing and individuality. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and observation as the foundation of my care, and I always do my best to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. J’ai gardé le dernier chiot son nom est Rocky il est très gentil. Avec mes deux bassets, nous nous promenons deux fois par jour petite balade du matin et balade de l’après-midi on sort souvent pour des sorties d’une heure, dont le parc à chien où nous aimons vraiment beaucoup socialiser, et se défouler, nous aimons les autres amis, car nous sommes faits pour vivre en meute. Si je me déplace, j’effectue toujours une surveillance d’hygiène, nettoyage des pipis s’il y a lieu et remise en état de la pièce donner la nourriture, puis s’assurer qu’ils ont toujours de l’eau, jouer et aller dehors et faire les soins routine, lavage des oreilles, lavage des dents, lavage du poil, brosser le poil et s’assurer qu ils sont en pleine santé. Cela fait partie de ma routine avec mes deux chiens.

“Vlanie s'est occupé de mon chat Avatar pendant nos vacances. C'était la première fois qu'on était séparé depuis son adoption, alors, ça me stressait. Tout s'est bien passé! Vlanie nous envoyait des photos et des nouvelles de mon petit tous les jours. Elle est très respectueuse et professionnelle. Elle a pris les mesures nécessaires pour que la garde de mon chat chez elle soit la moins angoissante possible pour lui. En plus, mon vol de retour était en retard et Vlanie s'est montrée très compréhensive par rapport à cet imprévu. Je la recommande fortement!”
“Anikke est vraiment super avec notre Woody! Elle comprend ses besoins, les respecte et le met en confiance. Mon toutou est craintif avec les humains (et les chiens dominants ou trop intenses) mais elle a su gagner sa confiance. Même son chien (très calme) aide le mien à se calmer et le rassurer, même s'il est 4 fois plus gros que lui! Vraiment, je me considère très chanceuse d'avoir « trouvé » Anikke. Je pars l'esprit tranquille sachant qu'il sera aimé, qu'il aura son exercice quotidien et un ami à 4 pattes pour l'épuiser et l'apaiser. Je vous la recommande!”

“C'est la deuxième fois que Mya séjourne chez Geneviève, et encore une fois, l'expérience a été exceptionnelle! Mya était tellement contente de la retrouver, ce qui en dit long sur la qualité des soins qu'elle reçoit. Geneviève est une gardienne attentionnée, bienveillante et très professionnelle. Elle prend le temps de faire plusieurs belles marches avec les chiens et envoie régulièrement des photos et des nouvelles, ce qui est vraiment rassurant lorsqu'on est absent. J'apprécie aussi énormément le fait qu'elle fasse un retour à la fin du séjour avec ses observations, les progrès de Mya, ainsi que de précieux conseils et pistes d'amélioration. On sent qu'elle connaît bien les chiens et qu'elle tient réellement à leur bien-être. Je lui confierai Mya de nouveau sans la moindre hésitation. Merci encore, Geneviève, pour tous les bons soins! 🩷”
