About: I have had cats in my life for 20 years. My first one was a rescue from Toronto Humane Society who sadly passed at 9 months old. My journey with cats did not end there, as I was gifted a beautiful cat who ended up being my soul mate for 17 years. He taught me so much and helped me through many difficult times. I did a lot of hand feeding, administering medicine as well as IV fluids for kidney disease. Through his difficult loss in February 2023 I advanced my intuitive healing practice by including animal communication for both alive and transitioned animals. I can now help those who need support in understanding their animals. During the last 18 years I also adopted 2 black female cats, one from Toronto Cat Rescue and another one straight from Cuba!

About: Hello! Our names are Melissa and Zach, besides dog sitting, Melissa is a speech therapist/art therapy student and Zach is currently in between things. Things you might want to know about us -We have a lovely 4 year old chocolate lab mix who’s very social, she absolutely LOVES other dogs. As well as a one year old cocker spaniel named Sheldon-he also loves other dogs. -We have experience with all dog sizes (XS to XL) and ages (pups to senior dogs) -We have a way with animals that they generally feel at ease if not at first introduction than shortly after. -We are utmost animal lovers and will care for your pet as if they were our own. -Your pet will be kept entertained and played with throughout their stay in our care. -We are very observant and will let your pet out to go do their business when need be or provide them with sufficient breaks outside to tend to their needs. -We are always open to hearing your or your pets individual needs and would be more than happy to provide any additional love and care to your lovely furry companion. :) We are a team and even though I am currently working in a hybrid position, Zach is mostly free at home so one or both of us have so much time to give your furry one. We are available when in need (most week nights, some week days and nearly every weekend). We have a 5 acre yard, without a fence but we have two long leashes so our dogs can go play outside and do their business. We are also able to separate the dogs in two different rooms to give them a break from each other if necessary.

About: I have over 20 years experience owning cats, dogs and birds. My current dog is a rescue from Korea. I have a cat as well who is a rescue from Cuba. I have had experiences with giving medicine as well as fluids for my cat who sadly passed February 2023. From this life altering experience I expanded my healing business to include animal communication to help others understand their animal companions both alive and transitioned. I am happy to do walk your dog anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes or do drop ins for your cat or dog. I have availability daily as my schedule varies from day to day and I also work from home. I'm a naturopathic doctor so my animals are all treated naturally. I can give you ideas if you want! My dog warms up quickly to other dogs and I wouldn't mind bringing her along for walks with your dog. She can always make new friends and the walk will be even more fun for both. If you have any questions please let me know! I work from home mostly so I have a flexible schedule. I might have some days that I am out of the house depending on what work I do. I can offer walks and pee breaks, feeding, play time to your furry friends. If I take a dog into my home I would take them out to the waterfront for nice walks. I do not have a yard but I do have a big field nearby for pee breaks.

About: I’m a responsible pet owner just looking to fill up time on my days off from work! My availability is marked down on my rover calendar. I’m a very active person so dog walking is right up my alley, I love dogs of all sizes and love cats just as much. I have fostered new born puppies as well as kittens therefor bottle feeding and potty/litter training is something I am comfortable with as well as any other needs they may have. On my days off from work- I will be at home most of the time, or the gym… besides that I’ll have lots of free time for your pets! While on walks obviously pets will be leashed all times and any rules/walking habits that you give me I will follow strictly. As far as home visits go, routines, boundaries, rules that you have with your animals I will follow to make sure routines aren’t disrupted while you’re gone. Of course throughout the time spent with your pets I will send pictures/updates of how our visit is going!
