For boarding, dogs must be small dog friendly and have zero prey drive. They must sleep in a crate but are free to roam my apartment when I am home to supervise. We always use leashes for pee breaks and walks from my home.

One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. Christine sent us photos over the 3 day period and is very responsive in her replies. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. We would definitely book Christine again to care for our two dogs!!”

Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. We couldn’t find a sitter for our cat and because my cat has not had a good time with a sitter before, he is very skittish and has some separation anxiety. Amazing part is when we took my cat to meet them, the cat just loved her daughter, I have never seen that cat like someone so fast (not even my husband). I have been on rover for a couple of years now and I have had all different kind of experiences through the app. I have had many different dog walking clients from puppies to senior dogs. I have done house sittings anywhere from 1 night to 5 week long stays, I’ve even just dropped in for a few hours to keep your animals company and take them on walks. I have looked after all kinds of dogs and cats and even chickens. I am so passionate about animals and making sure your animals are comfortable and happy during your time away! I just recently got 2 puppies so I have been training them and looking after them so I have recent experience with puppies as well. I currently am working part time but I am able to adjust my schedule to accommodate for your needs. If your animals can only be left alone for a certain amount of time I am more than happy to work around those hours. I typically don’t do house sitting in my own house. I feel it’s best for the animals to stay at their house so it’s an easier transition into having me look after them. I have five years of documented experience in pet sitting. I have had pets of all sorts and breed under my care. Domestic pets such as cats, dogs, birds, horses and reptiles I have attended to. I am well vexed in this field as I volunteered with an animal shelter catering to older pets. I loved it! I am certified in CPR for pets should an emergency arise. I take pride in my vigilance and accessibility. I am a student of life and love to learn as much as I can and build amazing friendships with pet owners while taking great care of their pets! I would also like to describe myself as trustworthy. I am organized and my love for pets shows in various aspects. I have excellent multitasking and communication skills. I am honest and transparent about my hours and will not take any more bookings than necessary. I am extremely passionate about this business. I try not to overwhelm myself as this is important to me. I aim to be the best sitter I can be and strive for perfection each stay. I do not overcharge for stays and my low prices for stays are deliberate. I do this for the company as I enjoy having pets around while I study. It's a win-win. I formulated a couple of games to occupy and tire out your pet for the entirety of their stay. I will send photos of the entirety of the stay and keep in touch so you have peace of mind. I have spare toys in my care also, but always recommend bringing your own. I have had pets with severe anxiety and having a piece of home, be it a blanket or toys that smell like home helps a ton. As far as safety, I have a fenced yard in my apartment and will never let a pet off-leash especially if your pet does not have any recall. I enjoy practicing training with pets also and have successfully conditioned some to learn commands. I offer grooming services as well at no extra cost, except showers/baths. Your pet is in safe hands and you will have nothing to worry about while they are in my care. I will make sure of that.

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life having grew up around multiple dog breeds both male and female! My partner and I are the biggest dog lovers, with our own little girl and committed to providing the best care possible. I currently work from home 1-2 days a week and am available weekends and evenings to care for your pups! Work from home days are flexible depending on your needs I have a large fenced garden for roaming and fun and 1 super friendly golden girl (see profile pic) who wants to make friends with all. Given this we are fully equipped to care for ur dogs in our home or I have a licence and can travel as needed.

I am currently seeking new pups for group walks, private walks, puppy visits and boarding in my home on a select basis this winter. I currently have space in my afternoon group walk for the right dog(s), and I have a lot of availability in mornings, midday, and late afternoons for private walks, puppy visits, and cat care. My dog walks are exclusively on leash. The afternoon pack plays off-leash in a secure, fenced in yard and then we have a leashed walk together. I train dogs to walk loose leash. For boarding, dogs must be small dog friendly and have zero prey drive. They must sleep in a crate but are free to roam my apartment when I am home to supervise. We always use leashes for pee breaks and walks from my home.

We like the fact she has her own dog who seems very chilled and whom our guy could have some playtime with. She sent us photos where we could see our guy was having a good time with them. “Christine is a very warm, very friendly caring person and it was obvious from the moment she met our two dogs they would be in wonderful hands with her! One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. Christine sent us photos over the 3 day period and is very responsive in her replies. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. We would definitely book Christine again to care for our two dogs!!”

She was a great communicator before and during his stay and kept this anxious mama up to date on how and what he was doing. She even camped out in the living room with him overnight so he would feel safe and secure. I could tell Taco was very comfortable there. I highly recommend Danielle as a sitter for your pet.”

About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.
“Martha is fabulous! We were having some work done on our house and I was terrified of our cats accidentally getting out while the crew were there. Luckily, with very short notice, Martha came to the rescue and took great care of our 2 Maine Coons, Flora & Cameron. I received a few videos from Martha throughout the day, which helped to ease the anxiety I was feeling about having someone else take care of my precious babies. I highly recommend Martha!”
