About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.

About: I’ve had cats in my home all of my life, but have had my own cat for 3.5 years now. My cat is part bengal, so naturally he is very energetic and smart. I’ve taught him to sit, high five, lay down, and fetch. I’ve given him both oral and topical (such as eye drops) medications successfully, and have always followed veterinary instructions closely. I clean his litter boxes daily, as he is quite particular. Furthermore, I’ve done a lot of research about cats in order to give him the best life possible. He has a water fountain away from his food because cats prefer running water, he is fed a special urinary care dry food because of past issues, and he is also fed wet food because moisture is of utmost importance for cats and their kidneys - especially male cats. I never keep flowers or toxic plants in my house for his safety, and I take him outside on a leash so that he is able to get the stimulation he needs with less risk. I’m a very particular cat owner, and would understand and respect any other cat owners preferences, just as I’d hope someone would do the same for me.

I do this for the company as I enjoy having pets around while I study. It's a win-win. I formulated a couple of games to occupy and tire out your pet for the entirety of their stay. I will send photos of the entirety of the stay and keep in touch so you have peace of mind. I have spare toys in my care also, but always recommend bringing your own. I have had pets with severe anxiety and having a piece of home, be it a blanket or toys that smell like home helps a ton. As far as safety, I have a fenced yard in my apartment and will never let a pet off-leash especially if your pet does not have any recall. I enjoy practicing training with pets also and have successfully conditioned some to learn commands. I offer grooming services as well at no extra cost, except showers/baths. Your pet is in safe hands and you will have nothing to worry about while they are in my care. I will make sure of that.

About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life having grew up around multiple dog breeds both male and female! My partner and I are the biggest dog lovers, with our own little girl and committed to providing the best care possible. For boarding, dogs must be small dog friendly and have zero prey drive. They must sleep in a crate but are free to roam my apartment when I am home to supervise. We always use leashes for pee breaks and walks from my home.

About: From a very young age, I have always had a love of animals whether they had four legs or scales. Growing up I rode horses, had 2 dogs, and at points also had guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish, and bunnies. However, my best buddy growing up was my Australian Shepherd, Shiloh. Shiloh was ultimately the reason growing up I found a passion for the outdoors and hiking. Spending as much time as possible either on walks around the neighbourhood, hiking through local trails, camping, cottaging, swimming, or at the dog park with my best buddy. As a dog walker/sitter, I understand that our animals are not just animals, but are also our family. They are our honorary family members that need to be loved, protected, and cherished along with giving them the best quality of life possible. Exercise and being outside and around nature is so critical to a dog having its best quality of life. My apartment is currently situated in West-End Toronto, close to the waterfront, local trails, and a short distance to the beautiful high park. Animals that stay overnight here will be cared for and given the utmost respect as if they were my own animal. I will do all that I can to make sure your animal feels comfortable, loved, and having a good time so they are less likely to be sad when away from their owners/parents. I am happy to do things on your terms with any special requests or schedules being respected and followed. My parent's house is also a short distance away where they have a fenced-in backyard if your dog is interested in playing with their husky.
