We were really nervous about leaving our pup for multiple days because he’s only 4 months old and we had never left him before, but from the moment we met Cindy, we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Cindy and her family are incredibly warm and friendly, so helpful and accommodating, and just really good people who are amazing with animals. We are super over the top with our dog, we have a million toys, stairs for the couch, a crate, a playpen, and I even printed out a 4-pager of instructions because I’m THAT dog mom haha! Cindy literally took it all in with no issue at all, she was amazing about training our pup and sticking to his routine, she took him out to pee every couple of hours, and literally he just got to be snuggled and loved constantly everyday. I could not be happier to have found such a wonderful family who is so good with our pup, so patient with all my details and instructions, so amazing about sending updates and pictures the whole time so that we could see how comfortable and happy our pup was. Cindy is our number one choice for someone that we can trust to take the best care of our little guy and we will go to her as often as she is willing to have him! They took on my 3 female dogs,various ages at very short notice for 10 days. I received pictures of my girls everyday, playing,being loved and just having a great time! I have a 15 yr old and 2 8yr olds. They are very fussy eaters. Somehow they got them on normal food. That is great for me! They are very quick to respond to texts. Right up to the last minute Elizabeth let me know how the girls were doing. Best experience I could have possibly had with boarding my girls. I never had a concern for their care or safety. About: I have lived on a farm all my life. I have been taking care of animals for most of my life. I ensure good care of animals. I would take them for a walk, reward good behaviours with treats. I have a lot of property that I could take a dog to go on a walk. I have a Golden Retriever and her name is Juno, she is 3yr old and she is very friendly to all dogs . Mostly I am at home that gives me availability to take care of dogs on even short notice. I have lots of space on the farm for the dogs which is great for energetic dogs. I always have them on a leash for trust to be built, and so they are next to me at all times. I have my own space in my parents house so a more reserved dog can build trust at their own level.

(If there are two dogs from the same family, we can discuss this.) I grew up on a farm with pets of all kinds (horses, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits). I’ve been a pet parent to a perfect beagle all her life. Currently I own a little budgie with a big attitude! lol. I continue to look after my family grand-puppies and friends’ canines while they are away. I accept only one dog at a time. I would love to hear from you. I’ve recently retired and now do volunteer work in the community. I have ample flexibility on weekdays and also weekends for pet care. Aside from every other Tuesday and Wednesday mornings I am usually available! I have a large fully fenced yard and live near a public office-leash dog park (if you allow off-leash time) and also live near beautiful on-leash walking trails. My only current pet is a small parrot named Tweety but she will be caged during your pet’s stay (or she can be in another room if needed).

Always 12 hour shifts, days and nights on a set schedule for the year. No matter what time it is when I have to leave for work or come home from work I will always walk the dogs. Taking them for long walks helps not only the dog but also me. Always having an eye on them and making sure they’re in a safe spot in the house. If there is a spot in the house that isn’t safe for them, I will use a barrier or something to make sure they don’t go to that area of the house. Such as stairs for little puppies, I will make sure to watch them if they’re trying to go up or down or block it off so they don’t have to use them. I make sure they have water 24/7 and have food when they are supposed to be fed. Lots of cuddles of course and making sure they have all the attention they need. Fresh water in the morning, make sure they get fed at the same time as they would at home with their owners. Making sure the pet feels comfortable and safe wherever they are in the house. I will make sure your pet always has water 24/7, they will always be surrounded by cuddles and is allowed anywhere in the house. They are allowed on anything and everything that is in the house.

About: I have lived on a farm all my life. I have been taking care of animals for most of my life. I ensure good care of animals. I would take them for a walk, reward good behaviours with treats. I have a lot of property that I could take a dog to go on a walk. I have a Golden Retriever and her name is Juno, she is 3yr old and she is very friendly to all dogs . Mostly I am at home that gives me availability to take care of dogs on even short notice. I have lots of space on the farm for the dogs which is great for energetic dogs. I always have them on a leash for trust to be built, and so they are next to me at all times. I have my own space in my parents house so a more reserved dog can build trust at their own level.
