About: I retired in 2020 and returned to college to receive my Registered Veterinary Technician diploma in 2023. I have been a foster parent to hundreds of animals over my lifetime, specializing in animals who require medication and specialized medical care. I am retired and available to watch your pet at any time. Last minute and longer term care remains an option. I do travel on occasion but this would be communicated with plenty of notice. I have just moved to the Fergus area and reside in a park-setting which has a fenced leash free area on site. There is a lake should your pup like the water! I can accommodate crate trained animals however my general thinking is that your pet would be like my own were, snuggling on the bed or couch. I realize how important consistency and routine is to your pets wellbeing and would ensure that your routines are followed should I be staying at your home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a young kid, not only have I owned dogs all my life (border collie, and German shepherd) and have done dog sitting for friends and neighbours as well and understand care and grooming for all different kinds of dogs. I am also confident and more than capable of giving any and all medication. Currently working self employed and there are two of us so double the care for the price of one! Since we are self employed and decently in charge of our schedule it allows us to schedule around what works best for you and your furry friends. Take them on regular walks make sure they have appropriate amounts of food and water, make sure they get any and all medication on time. Make sure they there is nothing potentially harmful to the animal in the home or surroundings We also have a large property for them to explore for at home and am more then willing to stick to any and all guidelines you have for your cute furry friend.
About: Growing up we constantly had many different pets. May it be cats, dogs, birds or even fish. I love animals and the joy they bring, so as soon as I got my license I started a successful pet sitting business back home. Now that I have moved to Port Hope, I am looking to start back providing care and assistance to my fellow neighbors and their beloved animals. I am extremely patient and kind. I do currently work 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday but my work is on a hybrid model and I live close to work. I will visit your home and provide a minimum of 3 walks a day for drop ins, if I am housesitting then more care will be provided. I will also brush your pets and if you wish more grooming services, this can always be discussed.

About: Hi, I'm Vanessa and I am an animal lover, activist and travel obsessed. As a little girl, I always said I wanted to be a Veterinarian, as the years went on I found myself in school for advertising and architecture, two diploma's later and I still wasn't content. Grooming fell into my life through my Dad, he knew I always go back to talking about a career with animals and that I've always had a creative/artistic interest and eventually encouraged me to try it. Fast forward to the present and I'm loving this career, it's definitely not an easy job working with animals but cuddling puppies makes up for it! I am also a dog owner to a beautiful 14 year old male Golden Retriever named Dash; his name still matches his personality to this day. He is a very rambunctious and adventurous dog who never gives up on our long hikes. I plan on giving your pets as much love and affection as possible - I completely understand being busy and not always having time to give proper attention to your pet. I will fill that void and make sure they are happy for when you return. My goal is to keep the animals and myself safe and make everyone happy. About: I have taken care of family & neighbours pets since I was 10 years old. I always loved to walk, feed and cuddle all the house hold animals including the birds! I’ve lived my life surrounded by furriends. I truly think having a pet is the best thing in the world! I have never met an animal I don’t love! I currently work during the day but am available daily after 4:30pm for evening walks or pet sitting! I am happy to take on any walks, house visits or boarding in home/ in your home on the weekends! I love the outdoors so I am ready for walks in any weather! We have a large fully fenced in backyard where your pup can play care free. Pets are allowed on all our furniture and anywhere in our home!
