Each dog and cat have their own personalities, so I adjust my care to ensure they feel comfortable, safe and loved. I cater to your pet's needs, whether it's a peaceful afternoon of rest and relaxation or a lively session of play time and a long walk, your pet's well-being is my top priority. Cuddles and belly rubs are free and abundant! If you choose to have your dog stay with me, I am home all day so they will never be left alone. My home is quiet and calm and sits well back from the quiet country road on 90 acres. There are cut trails for on-leash walks through the open fields and into the woods for plenty of sniffs and discoveries! Note for Dog Boarding: We do have 2 gentle and shy cats, Maudie & Mabel, who mostly live in the loft when dogs stay with us. The loft is closed off with a baby gate, however the cats can roam freely through the house. Your dog is welcome to stay with us if they have experience with cats or you feel they would be gentle with them. I do recommend a meet & greet in my home prior to booking so that your dog can become familiar with me and the scent of our cats. Likely upon our meet & greet, Maudie & Mabel will be hiding in the loft. It would take some time for them to become acquainted during boarding under my supervision. If there are any issues, I have the option to place the cats in a closed bedroom for the duration of your dog's stay. Note for Cat Sitting: I do not offer cat boarding in my home, however I would be happy to offer drop-in visits to your home to ensure your cat is well fed, with fresh water, a scooped litter as well as some friendly company, play time and pets. Message me to setup a free meet & greet to gain that peace of mind for your precious pets. I am home full time and my schedule is very flexible to care for your dog or cat, providing the care and attention to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and loved. If your dog stays with me, I offer a cosy and safe environment with lots of natural light and large windows that overlook the fields. Dogs are welcome to cuddle with me on the furniture after a fun filled day of long walks on-leash and playtime. If they would rather relax, there is plenty of room to lounge about in a comfortable and welcoming home environment. If I visit your home, I will ensure that your dog or cat's needs are met. I will also spend quality time with them, whether it's super fun play time, a long walk with sniff time or cosy cuddle time to ensure that they feel fulfilled and loved.

I also have experience caring for multiple dogs at different ages (my oldest is 4), so I understand how to adjust care based on energy levels and individual personalities. We have a large yard where my dogs are trained to run safely, plus wooded trails right behind our home - perfect for supervised walks and outdoor enrichment. I love being active and outdoors, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and attention. About: I work remotely from home, which means your pet will have round-the-clock companionship and supervision — no long stretches alone. I’m very active and love getting outside, so your pup can enjoy as much (or as little!) exercise as they prefer. Whether they’re a hiking buddy or more of a couch snuggler, I adjust to their needs. I have hands-on experience caring for a blind senior dog who required extra patience, gentleness, and daily support in her final years. Giving her the best possible life was one of my greatest joys, and that experience shaped the attentive, compassionate care I provide to every pet. I’m comfortable with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors of all temperaments. While I haven’t owned a cat myself, I’ve spent lots of time caring for and loving my friends’ cats — and I’m always happy to provide calm, respectful companionship for feline guests too. I work remotely from home, so I’m home the majority of the day and able to provide consistent supervision and companionship. My only regular time away is about an hour for the gym. Occasionally I’ll step out for groceries or errands, and I’m always happy to bring your pup along for walks when appropriate. Most of my day is spent at home, which means plenty of time for play, enrichment, outdoor breaks, or just relaxing — depending on your pet’s personality and routine. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. My Rottie was my whole world, so I truly understand how much our fur babies mean to their families.
