Not only were the cat and dog happy but the owner came home right after a major snowstorm to mostly shovelled driveway. My clients referred me to a friend! I can take time off from work if I have booking or fully booked, so that the dogs are not left alone for long hours. pls check the gallery of photos with captions. For boarding: check in or drop off is 3pm , check out or pick up is 11am , these are flexible depends on what we agree. Some of my clients live too far away for a meet and greet, so in those cases I’m happy to waive it. I’ve had many wonderful experiences welcoming dogs without a prior meet and greet, and it’s always been a great stay for both the pups and me! Someone is always here in our calm, safe, and dog friendly home so your dog can spend the day with company instead of being home alone. We do live with our loveable Boston Terrier, Gus, and we are often found hiking on dog friendly trails on the weekend or spending time at the lake. I do this for the company as I enjoy having pets around while I study. It's a win-win. I formulated a couple of games to occupy and tire out your pet for the entirety of their stay. I will send photos of the entirety of the stay and keep in touch so you have peace of mind. I have spare toys in my care also, but always recommend bringing your own. I have had pets with severe anxiety and having a piece of home, be it a blanket or toys that smell like home helps a ton. As far as safety, I have a fenced yard in my apartment and will never let a pet off-leash especially if your pet does not have any recall. I enjoy practicing training with pets also and have successfully conditioned some to learn commands. I offer grooming services as well at no extra cost, except showers/baths. Your pet is in safe hands and you will have nothing to worry about while they are in my care. I will make sure of that.

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life having grew up around multiple dog breeds both male and female! My partner and I are the biggest dog lovers, with our own little girl and committed to providing the best care possible. I currently work from home 1-2 days a week and am available weekends and evenings to care for your pups! Work from home days are flexible depending on your needs I have a large fenced garden for roaming and fun and 1 super friendly golden girl (see profile pic) who wants to make friends with all. Given this we are fully equipped to care for ur dogs in our home or I have a licence and can travel as needed.

About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.

“Christine is a very warm, very friendly caring person and it was obvious from the moment she met our two dogs they would be in wonderful hands with her! One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. Christine sent us photos over the 3 day period and is very responsive in her replies. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. We would definitely book Christine again to care for our two dogs!!”

About: I am flexible in care and understanding every pet and pet parent has a unique need - not every situation will have the exact same care, and thats okay! :) I work remotely in my house. I have flexible working hours and can accommodate anything your fur baby needs. I am experienced with all animals from cats, dogs, rabbits, bearded dragons, fish, etc. I live in a bungalow with a fully fenced backyard and a secure gate.
