About: Having 3 dogs and 1 cat. I grew up with pets all my life. I’m an animal lover and take care of them like my children. I grew up in northern Ontario and moved to New Brunswick 1 year ago on a hobby farm. I do not have any children therefore spend all my time on my pets.. I may be able to babysit in my own home a SMALL dog providing they get along with my pets. I know how expensive it can be at a kennel and very scary for your pet. A home atmosphere would be much better for them and can enjoy themselves while you are away. I work from home so I’m available at all times. I've been lucky enough to have had 4 dogs and 5 cats as a part of my immediate family. Over the years, I have taken care of pets for family and friends ranging in size, from cats and West Highland Terriers, to German Shepherds. I have also been a volunteer at the SPCA in Moncton for 3 years. As much as we'd like them to live forever, senior animals often require assistance or medications throughout the day, and I'm happy to provide this care to them. I have a yard, dog toys, dog beds and dog bowls. I will only take 1 dog at a time or multiple dogs from the same family. I have a tenant downstairs, so I am unable to take excessive barkers. All dogs in my care must be great with children :) I am a mom of two and work a fully remote job. I am home almost all day, every day. I have a yard for your dog(s) to get their zoomies out :) I will treat your pet like they are my own. I will provide lots of love, cuddles and play. I know every dog has their own personality and I will be patient and respect their limits to make them as comfortable as possible
About: I have been caring for dogs for over 20 years, with Shih tzus being a special part of my life since I was 20. After recently losing our beloved dog, I wanted to continue sharing my love for animals, which led my son and I to begin volunteering at the SPCA, where we enjoy walking dogs, playing with cats, and helping animals feel loved and cared for. We are an active, organized, and reliable family who believes pets are part of the family. We love providing lots of attention, playtime, cuddles, and individualized care based on each pet’s personality and needs. I work a regular daytime schedule Monday to Friday, but I am available for pet care on evenings, and most weekends. I plan my schedule carefully so that any pets in my care receive the time, attention, and affection they deserve. My son and I enjoy spending our free time outdoors, walking, and spending time with animals, making pet care a fun and meaningful part of our week. About: I've been around animals my whole life, and I love taking dogs for walks. In my free time, I also enjoy horseback riding and walking dogs for SPCA, I've even babysat a friend's hamster. Going for walks and enjoying the outdoors is a passion of mine. I'm looking for extra income in addition to my job, so I'm offering dog-walking services during my free time throughout the week. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs, whether it's walking your dog around your neighborhood or taking them to a nearby dog park if required. I have my own transportation, so I'm flexible when it comes to your location. I'm currently working full-time, and my schedule varies slightly from week to week. Feel free to check my availability. That being said, if there's a day that's not listed, please don't hesitate to ask, as things could change! When dog walking, my primary focus is on the well-being and happiness of the dog. I start by ensuring the dog is securely leashed and comfortable with their equipment. During the walk, I choose a safe route, preferably the one that the dog knows, taking into account the dog's pace and preferences. I pay close attention to their body language, allowing for breaks when needed. Socialization with other dogs and people is carefully managed, and I always clean up after them. Clear communication with the dog owner is a priority, providing updates on the walk's progress. My goal is to provide a enjoyable and safe experience for the dog, promoting their physical and mental health.
