“Mylene was absolutely fantastic! I booked a last-minute hike, and she seamlessly cared for my dog, Juan, for the exact time frames I needed. She was incredibly responsive, easy to coordinate with, and made the whole process stress-free. I can’t recommend Mylene highly enough—she’s a true gem!”

“Andree’s location is the best one if you are going to Mount Tremblant. She is very nice and our Amber liked her at the first sight. Andree updated us everyday how Amber was doing and she accommodated to Amber’s needs. We’re happy that we found Andree’s place for Amber. We will come back next time.”

“5 stars, wonderfulll caregiver. We found Stéphanie while we skiied mont blanc. She was so kind to our dog Penny. She organized walks and play dates with friendly dogs. Penny was so happy to see Stéphanie when we extended her for a second day. The next time we are near mont tremblant we will certainly make a booking with Stéphanie!”

About: I have been a dog lover since I was a kid, I currently own a large golden doodle named Marnix. We walk and babysit our friends dogs often. We have a large forest behind our house to walk your dog. My daughter loves dogs and she is happy to entertain them if needed. I work at home so I can take care of dogs on Friday. Even though I work at home I prefer babysitting on the weekend. My daughter also loves dogs and would be happy to entertain them while I need a break on the weekends . We will walk your dog often in our forest . If they stay the night then they would sleep in one of our rooms or in a dog bed. or one of our dogs bed.
“Daniela kept my 2 Frenchies on 2 occasions so far and we couldn’t be more pleased! One of them has special needs and we feel that Daniela truly cared about taking the absolute best care for him. When we mention her dog’s name, they now get excited and wait by the door- that’s always a good sign. Thank you Daniela 🩵”

“We were staying in the area and had a wedding to go to-and we were so glad we found Michael. He was very accommodating for drop off time and pick up. My pup got lots of walks and playtime in the river, which she loved! If ever we need a dog sitter in the area- we would call Michael again! Thank you ! Merci encore!”

“Sylvie was the ultimate care giver for our pup! He went for long walks with her and her dog in nature. Sylvie stayed in touch and provided us with pictures and texts of Sunny and how he’s doing. We highly recommend her!”

Since I am always home during the evenings and overnight so your pets will have constant company, plenty of attention, and a consistent routine while they are in my care. Safety is very important for me. I live far from busy roads and have a fully fenced yard where dogs can play securely. My household includes one friendly dog and two cats. Inside my home, your pet can enjoy our shared living spaces or have their own private room if they prefer a quieter environment. I am happy to crate your dog if needed and will strictly follow any specific dietary or care routines. When providing care or walking services at your home, I will follow all instructions given to keep your pet's routine consistent and safe.

“Martha is an amazing sitter. She took care of Leyla like it was her own. She sent me pictures of my dog while Martha took her for a walk and while Leyla was chilling on the sofa with her. I would definitely recommend Martha and we will have no problem having our dog Leyla stay with her again. We thank you and Leyla thanks you”

“Loretta was so kind and easy to deal with. Attentive and responsive. Our pup is a higher maintenance “pandemic dog” and Loretta was able to understand her needs and accommodate. We are so appreciative of her intuitive skills and experience. An amazing experience.”

“Maisie and Maud seemed very happy at Lisa’s house. She clearly loves dogs and does everything she can to keep them happy. They got along well with her sweet little dog Mia. The three of them were adorable together. She sent lots of cute photos. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Lisa mind my dogs again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mont-Tremblant
I had such a great experience with Tinghui! From the beginning, communication was amazing—super quick responses, friendly updates, and lots of great photos that kept us smiling while we were away. My dog, Keisha had the best time. She spent tons of time outdoors, went on exciting adventures, and got to socialize with other dogs (which she absolutely loves!). It was clear she was in great hands—happy, active, and totally at ease. I’m so grateful to have found someone who treats Keisha like their own. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and communicative dog sitter. I’ll definitely be booking

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
