Personalized care for your dog or cat - Carman

About: Over the last 8 years, we have fostered over 100 dogs, puppies and litters, ranging in age from newborns to seniors! We have also done petsitting through a company in Winnipeg where we had the opportunity to work with a variety of animals and have gained experience with giving both cats and dogs medications, including administering insulin injections. While your pet is in our care, they will be treated as a part of our family! We are both working full time during the week, but if needed, we can run home for a pee break during lunch. We are happy to get up in the morning to take dogs for walks, and love to spend time with them in the evening doing whatever they like most! We are especially looking for weekend overnight stays when we can spend all day with the animals doing fun activities and keeping them company! We don’t have any animals or kids in our home, so your pet will receive our undivided attention! Although we don’t have a fenced yard, we are happy to take the dogs out for frequent pee breaks on leash in the yard, as well as many walks in our quiet community.

About: My husband and I have owned cats the entire 23+ years that we have been married. We have a soft spot for the broken and special needs furry friends. While he he would not be attending your home with me, I like to let people know that our entire household loves animals. I have dealt with almost every medical condition imaginable. From diabetic cats, to ones in kidney failure requiring daily IV fluids, giving various medications, cats with behavioral issues, and everything in between. Our oldest cat (a Manx) lived to 19.5 years old. Not a stranger to keeping litterboxes in tip top shape. Also extremely keen on various types of enrichment to keep them from getting bored. And of course, all the cuddles As the owner of Manitoba's ONLY small animal rescue charity, I also have a wealth of knowledge and experience with exotic and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and more!

About: I have three cats. One is a senior (11 years old) and two sisters (5 years old). I have lots of experience caring for cats. Whether it comes to feeding, giving medication, changing the litter box and water bowl, make sure they are comfortable and have all their toys with them.
