About: Français aussi! I work from home on Monday and Friday, and available to take good care of your dog. I'm also free on weekends. I grew up with dogs, and in the past few years, I have watched over dogs for neighbors, friends and family. From 7am to later at night. Weekends and overnight boarding can be discussed and arranged. I can go outside and play 3-4 times a day I have a fenced yard, and I live next to many parks. It is a dog friendly neighborhood. Not a lot of cars drive by either.

Jessica did an amazing job with my puppy Sandy. We rescued Sandy from south Carolina and Jessica took very good care of her on our very first week back home from the US. Sandy LOVED spending time with her and Jessica gave us update every day on how she was doing and i really appreciated it. I would recommend her services 100% and I'm looking forward to ask for her help again in the future. 10/10

About: Bonjour! I also speak English if needed! Just send me a message :) **My schedule changes each week, I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Over 14 years, I've handled everything from high-energy puppies to anxious seniors, including leash training, bathing, nail trims, and medication administration. I'm active, attentive, and treat every dog like my own — with plenty of exercise, playtime, and calm routines. About: Hello there! my name is Amira, and I am a passionate animal lover with years of experience in dog sitting and caring for various breeds and personalities. I had dogs and cats since a very young age and displayed a profound interest in learning about the different breed's characteristics, as well as about how to interact, play and create a bond with them. Throughout the years of experience and dedication I have developed skills and ease on how to naturally establish complicity with animals, as well as how to adjust my approach and care to the dog's character. I understand that each dog is unique and has specific needs, and I am dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to your preferences and requirements and can easily establish complicity with them. I know how to train dogs to learn the basics. I also have some experience with dogs displaying behavioral issues and will gladly provide some tricks to help the dog improve, be less anxious or nervous when they see other mates. I'm flexible; I am willing to accommodate your schedule and your dog's routine to provide a stress-free experience for both you and your pet. I genuinely love dogs and will treat your pet with the same love and care as if they were my own. You can count on me to be punctual, reliable and responsible in providing care for your pet. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss your dog's needs and schedule a meet-and-greet. I can't wait to meet your furry friend and provide them with love and attention and tailored care. Thank you for considering me as your dog sitter. I look forward to the opportunity to care for your beloved pet! Amira Im currently only working from home part-time from the computer (2 hours) and will have plenty of time to look after, care and play with your pet. A typical playful day of care involves engaging in stimulating activities, providing attention and lots of love to ensure your pup is happy, well cared for and relaxed while you're away. We can agree on a Meet & Greet session before taking in your pets, which can be scheduled prior to the sit dates if you wish to make you and your pack more comfortable and ensure that care is tailored and suited to their needs.

We loved having Manon looking out for Luna the week we were away. We knew that Luna was fearful and very suspicious, but for 2/3 days, Luna felt very comfortable, coming out of her hiding place. Manon would send pictures and updates to let us know how she was progressing. I recommend it and for sure, on our next trip, we will look ask Manon to take care of her again.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Pet Sitting in Lorraine on Rover is $27.75 per visit (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Pet Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Pet Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

There are 1,808 sitters on Rover for Pet Sitting in Lorraine. About 83% of Lorraine sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you’re planning ahead for holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day coverage for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or travelling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer poop breaks during a Lorraine stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover based on what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

You can coordinate how much supervision you want directly with your sitter. While every sitter’s schedule varies, here are some examples of supervision by pet care service:

  • Boarding or doggy day care: Many sitters can provide frequent companionship because they design their day specifically around the pets in their care or work from home.
  • House sitting: Your sitter generally stays in your home for the requested duration, which may include overnight care. They may step out briefly to visit other pet clients, but your home remains their primary base.
  • Drop-in visits or dog walking: These can be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute windows (and can be shorter or longer at your request) to help your pet receive dedicated attention and care during those specific times.

Interested in constant or 24/7 care? This service often incurs an additional fee but many sitters are happy to discuss this option with you.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Lorraine choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a veterinary professional or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. On Rover:

  • 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 87% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
