About: I owned dogs throughout my adolescence and have been around them my whole life. I have experience with elderly dogs who require more love and puppies who need some extra training. I can groom, bathe, and clip nails. I have proven to be very good at teaching new tricks as well! I have so much love and respect for animals. I work from home and am available all day to hangout and take care of all your fur babies needs! I am able to tend to them whenever is needed. My home environment is pretty chill. My husband and I have 5 very friendly indoor cats and they do not mind dogs at all. If the dog does not like cats they can be crated or we can chill in a different room in the house away from the cats. I have a large backyard with lots of room for running and playing! In a clients home I will commit to whatever rules you have laid out and will proceed accordingly based on your and your pets needs.
About: My experience started at a young age. From living on a sheep farm, to going to school for veterinary assisting and then becoming a store manager at a national pet retail chain. I care for every pet like they’re my own; offering love, patience, and reliability whether I’m walking your dog, feeding your cat, or keeping your pets company while you’re away. You can rest easy knowing your furry family members are in experienced, loving hands. I am currently a stay at home dog mom (and a part-time wife haha). I have a wide open schedule, and I am eager to fill up my days spreading my love and joy for animals! I have a fenced in yard providing security without sacrificing freedom. I also give up a large amount of space on my king sized bed for my dogs!
About: Hi! I’m Susanne - a dependable, animal-loving pet sitter with a heart for both cats and dogs. I’ve been caring for the pets of friends and family for the past year, gaining hands-on experience with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Because I can’t live with animals full-time due to allergies (don’t worry - they’re under control!), pet sitting is the perfect way for me to get my dog and cat fix while giving your pet the love and attention they deserve. Whether it’s a long walk, playful belly rubs, quiet companionship, or sticking to their routine - I’m here to make sure your pet feels happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away. My experience includes feeding, walking, basic medication, playtime, and lots of cuddles, always tailored to your pet’s unique needs. I understand how much your pet means to you, and I treat every furry friend like family. Let’s connect - I’d love to meet you and your four-legged companion! I’m currently available to care for both cats and dogs during the following times: Monday to Thursday: • Early Mornings: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM • Afternoons: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM Fridays & Weekends: • Occasional availability—just ask! Overnight Care: I also offer overnight stays at your home to ensure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for in their familiar environment. Whether it’s drop-in visits, walks, playtime, feeding, or overnight companionship, I’m happy to tailor my care to your pet’s routine. Let’s chat about what works best for you and your furry friend! I offer pet care in my client’s home, where your pet feels most comfortable and secure in their familiar surroundings. I follow your care instructions closely - whether it’s feeding schedules, walk routines, playtime preferences, or administering basic medication. During drop-in visits, I make sure your pet gets not just the essentials, but also companionship, affection, and attention tailored to their personality. For overnight stays, I create a calm, consistent presence so your pet feels safe and relaxed while you’re away. My goal is always to keep your pet happy, healthy, and stress-free while maintaining the routine they’re used to.
About: i have 3 dogs, and multiple cats. i have volunteered and fostered for multiple rescues in lloydminster :) i would love to help you out! i also love pet photography and will make sure to send you many frame-worthy pictures of your pet while they are in my care i love animals and making peoples lives easier. i currently am not working so these pet services are a good opportunity for me to make a little bit of extra income. I own my home, but often frequent between my home and my partners acreage. I cannot board animals in my home, it is too small, but if boarding is something you desire i could accommodate at the acreage. at the acreage i have a XXL wire crate with a large pen attached to it away from my personal pets for feeding/ downtime and sleeping. during the day at the acreage i would be taking your dog for 3 one hour long leashed walks a day as well as having a lot of play sessions in the yard.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Lloydminster choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
