About: We are a close family that spend most of our leisure time with our dogs. I have had dogs all of my life. I have been pet sitting for friends and coworkers for many years. I am a retired nurse and have all needed first aid and medical skills required to care for your precious pets. Our clean no carpets home is perfect for all dogs. We have a large safe fenced yard which is safe for even the smallest pooch to play in. We have warm sunny spots for basking in the sun and couches and chairs just for the dogs. Dogs do not need to be kennel trained to stay with us. We love getting to know each delightful and unique pup. The pets get all my attention daily and are never left unattended inside or outside, as I stay at home for work. Whatever schedule your dog needs I am ready and available to provide the care you request. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for your fur baby to play and run around. I also have two very well socialized dog to keep yours company during their stay.

About: My family has had various pets throughout my life, from dogs to cats, and even birds and fish! I have always been involved in the care of our animals and I loved being able to grow and bond with them! When I moved out on my own, I adopted a kitty (Lilly) and she has been my little guiding best friend since then. Earlier this year, my boyfriend and I adopted a dog (Jazz) and she is just the biggest sweetheart who loves love. It has been an amazing journey having our own animal babies! I take pride in my capabilities for training and supporting training for dogs. I work hard with our Jazzy dog to keep up the good behaviours instilled in her, and would ensure to do the same with yours, if requested! I am also very comfortable bathing dogs. Depending on your bathroom space, I may end up taking them to the south end COOP pet wash, but only with your explicit permission. If this is something that interests you, we can do it as an add on to any service (add $20 to your service) OR we can arrange a bathing only visit, if you request! ($30/bath per dog!) If interested in bathing only services, reach out to me personally as my availability is much more open for bathing only appointments! **Treat included free of charge for bathing babies!** I currently work part time, but mostly over the weekends. I am in school at the University of Calgary taking online classes, but I am able to be flexible working around your pet needs! I always have enough time to love and snuggle my pet babies, let me make time for yours!! If there are any concerns regarding time needed, please do not hesitate to reach out, and we can discuss any accommodations needed! For in-home care: As I am watching your babies in your home, I request that the home be safe and prepared for our stay (including your fur babies). As long as I am shown where the essentials are, I will not wander around or look where I should not, and I will ensure that your animals stay away from areas they may not be allowed. If provided a key or a code, I would secure it with a label to be able to keep it safe and secure, and not share it with others. I will be the only one coming in and out of your home. For day-care: As this service is at my home, I request some background information about your fur baby so that I am aware of any needs they may have, and can prepare my space for them! I ask that they come with some treats (does not need lots, just some for chewing time!) and enough food to last them the day, as I will be feeding them separate from the others to ensure the meal is being eaten by them and to accommodate nutritional needs! Otherwise we have you covered for bowls, water and training treats! For dog walking: I am able to pick up your dog in your home (provided I am shown where the essentials are) OR drop off at my home can be arranged if preferred. I have a pet travel cover in my backseat and seatbelt attachments for driving around with pups. I can take them to the dog parks, various walking paths, or just walk them around the neighbourhood. You as the parent owner know your fur baby the best, so I would request some information on their activity levels so that I can assess walking area/distance properly, without over exerting the animal. 1. Susan G.

“I've known Susan for 10 years since we worked at the hospice. Susan used to bring her baby, Mini. That was and still is her dog. Mini brought comfort and joy to all of us at the hospice. Susan is the most loving, compassionate soul I have ever met. She loves animals period ! She has so much patience and love for her dogs. She takes good care of them. She is also smart and independent, and would be opened to learn and share ideas, when it comes to providing the best care for animals. She babysat her co-workers'dogs, and they all felt safe when leaving their dogs with her. I will have a dog in the near future, and would leave my dog with her to babysit, knowing 100% sure she will love and take good care of her dog as my own.”

2. Savanna O.
“I would highly suggest Savanna for your pet care needs! She is knowledgeable in both dogs, and cats, and very passionate about the ones she has as family. You can see daily the care, time, and dedication she has for animals, I've seen it first hand as she is fantastic with mine. She has been around animals as long as I've known her, from their births to their passing. She's dealt with animals with anger issues, food issues, and walking issues, and never hesitated to do her best to give the best care possible!”

3. Peyton H.
“Peyton loves animals and animals love her. Our dogs go crazy whenever she comes over to visit. I don’t think that you could find a better dog sitter than Peyton.”

4. Susanne B.
“Susanne is an amazing pet sitter! She treated my babies like they were her own, sent pics and videos and the best part is that they barely missed us at all with all the love they were getting! She also managed to the rather particular feeding schedule perfectly. I cannot recommend her enough!”
