“This was Georgia’s first time going to stay with Sue let alone anyone other than family. Sue sent us photos of Georgia and I can say, Georgia throughly loved being with Sue and at her home. Georgia made herself right at home and was on her couch and using her pups toys even though she had her own. I highly recommend Sue and look forward to our next visit for Georgia. An amazing woman with so much love to spread to around. Thank you Sue!!”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs and reactive dogs, understanding the extra patience, routine, and attentiveness both require. I'm comfortable reading canine body language and adapting my approach to each dog's comfort level. I prioritize low-stress handling and keep energy calm and consistent throughout the day. I work full time from home, which means your dog is never alone — I'm present throughout the entire day. I build regular walk breaks into my routine and am available for potty breaks, check-ins, and attention consistently from morning to evening. I do not offer overnight stays for dogs who bark frequently, as I work from a home office and attend live virtual sessions frequently and live in an apartment building. Your dog's safety is my top priority. I use a tie-out cable in the greenspace directly behind my building for supervised outdoor time, giving dogs a chance to sniff and explore safely. All outdoor time is supervised — I do not leave dogs unattended outside. I am experienced with dogs that need extra management and will always follow your lead on handling instructions, triggers, and routines. I live in an apartment with direct access to greenspace right out the back — perfect for quick breaks and longer sniff sessions. There are no other dogs in the home, making this a great fit for dogs who prefer being the only pet or who don't do well with other animals. The space is calm and quiet, ideal for dogs who thrive in a low-stimulation environment. Please note that dogs who bark excessively may not be a good fit due to apartment living. I welcome a meet-and-greet before any booking — it's the best way to make sure it's a great fit for everyone, especially for reactive or anxious dogs who need a warm introduction.
About: My dog/cat are my best friends so I know just how important it is to make sure they get the best care while you’re not around. I don’t have a routine job. I work out of town so when I’m home, I’m home. I take my dog for multiple walks a day, and we would love to have your dog join us I have a fenced in back yard, and my dog is very friendly. You’re dogs safety and comfort is a priority. I allow dogs on my furniture/bed.
About: Couple of gals that love hiking and biking especially with pooches. Our dog has just recently gone to stay with her dog Dad for the winter and we are happy to open our home for dog snuggles as we are missing our four legged friend. Lots of experience as we both had rescues in the past that came with their quirks and spent a lot of time dog training. Love to be outside or even lazy days on the couch if that’s what your pooch prefers. Happy to accommodate for all shapes and sizes and energy levels. Even happy with the quirky ones. We would be caring for you dog/cat as a team, our schedules are varied between day and evening shifts so between the two of us they would get a lot of care and attention. We have a big fenced yard. Available space if you prefer your dog to sleep in a crate. Three people in the house so usually someone around to keep them company, dog would be unattended for maximum 4 hours. We love to hike, run, bike and cross country ski so plenty of opportunity for adventure.

“Fran was such an attentive and considerate pet sitter for our two kitties. Prior to heading out of town, I sent her a list of what had to be done, as well as some optional things she could do, such as giving them catnip, and she went above and beyond. She will be our go-to sitter moving forward!”

About: We are a family of four, all of us have been raised with a dog :) I supported dog shelters in my country by taking care of sick dogs and providing care and administrating medicine if needed I am currently working from home, so my schedule is pretty available, I could enjoy an assistant :) We can go for a walk during the evenings / nights I offer care for dogs only (due to allergies) at my home. Since MOSTLY I work from home, I will make sure that your dog stays with me. I can take your dog for a walk around the city, if the weather is nice and you feel comfortable We can go for a hike, or go to the dogs park to play Side notes: I also have a Labradore, she loves dogs (specially puppies) at first she may feel nervous if the other dog is bigger of around males, but once she settles down she is fine. We have kids, so preferably your dog should be comfortable around toddlers

“Loki spent two daycare days with Abra while we were vacationing in Fernie. He enjoyed his time and was well taken care of. She provided updates about his stay and communication was good.”

About: All my pets have been a huge part of the family. They have done everything with me. I have a service dog that was trained mostly by myself and then certified. Animals are comfortable with me. I am respectful, responsible and reliable. I travel with my husband or on my own. Life is an adventure and meant for living with animals... I am retired. My schedule will be around the animals needs... walks, cuddles and meal times. Poop clean up, a little training if needed and treats. I have a service dog that needs walking 2 times a day. We play games and cuddle. He loves to be brushed and loves to have spot washes.
