Carol keeps you updated on how Gus pretty much daily it helps us to settle into our trip with having no worries on how Gus is doing. Her 2 dashounds and Gus have lots of fun together. About: I’m a born a dog lover 🐾 How much dogs mean to us? They’re more than dogs, they’re family members. I know how difficult it can be to find a safe and caring sitter, that’s where I come in :) My schedule is quite flexible right now and I am working mostly from my computer 3 days a week 9-5 at most. I’ve been really enjoying using Rover to make a bit of extra income in the side while I help my Mom with her farm & market business venture. That being said I might not always be available when you want me :( send me a message to see if I can help you out. 🐾 I take any special instructions seriously. I will only feed them what and when you’d like. I will socialize how much or how little you want them socialized. I generally only take one dog or one family at a time to ensure the most personalized care. Special circumstances I can take 2 dogs or 2 different families pets at a time. This is a farmstead and there are other dogs that live nearby but everyone gets along and is up to date vaccinated 🐾

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a little girl. It’s a passion and a mission of mine to protect all animals . I started volunteering and working at a young age with my hometown SPCA for well over 10 years. I wanted to make sure every dog got to go out for a walk everyday. Some days I had up to 22 dogs. To this day working there was my most rewarding work I have ever done. It brought me so much joy. I also worked for a company called Spot Dog Walking in Calgary , AB a couple years ago. I am very strong and confident when it comes to handling and walking them properly on a leash. I have some previous training In basic obedience and positive reinforcement. I am also pursuing animal behaviour and animal first aid. I look forward to meeting you all. I also love to bring my 5 year old daughter with me to house sit as she just loves all animals too. She listens well and loves to play fetch for hours on end . Will only bring if it is ok with you of course. Thank you. Right now I am only working Part time on Mondays & Thursdays so I have all other days and times available for you and your dogs needs and wants. I can only care for pets in your home at this time. I follow all instructions from the pet owner . I am very respectful and very clean.

About: I have been around dogs all my life, I have cared for many different breeds of dogs since I was 10 for neighbours, friends and family, I have bottle fed, cared for and raised a new a born pup and I'm an experienced dachshund owner (IVDD). I am home full time except for the odd appointment so I will have a lot of time to play with your fur babies!! I am available during the week and weekends. My yard is fenced, I do have netting around the bottom of my deck railings so that my dogs or your dogs can’t jump off. I also never leave the dogs unattended while outside. I have a gate at the top of my stairs to the front door so that my dachshunds don’t go down the stairs or get out of the door. I also have crates if they are needed.

About: I am a pet owner and I foster for a rescue local to the Shuswap area. I specialize in large breed dogs however I love all animals regardless of breed or size. Being local to the Shuswap I know where a lot of our local walking trails are and different neighborhood routes are and can walk according to what your fur baby needs. I work full time in the community and very close to my house, so even when I am not home I am able to run home and let the dogs out for potty breaks or other needs. Because I am a foster for our local animal rescue if an animal is to come into our home I need to guarantee that they are up to date on vaccinations and fixed. This is to protect any fosters and your furry friend. Otherwise I will be happy to care for your animals in other environments

About: Hello, my name is Teresa and I'm dog walker who is Walks and Wags Certified with Pet First Aid. I've also taken International Academy of Canine Trainers Certified Professional Dog Walker program. I'm an animal lover and have had pets all of my life. I especially love dogs of all shapes and sizes and am looking forward to taking care of your dog either as a dog walker or just for home visits to play and make sure that he/she is fine while you are at work. I'm happy to visit both young puppers and more senior doggos - as we all know your dog is the 'best dog ever' and I'm happy to treat your dog like my own! Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I work remotely so am happy to have your dog as company to my own two fur babies! My yard is fenced so there is no fear for them to run in our backyard. I allow pets on furniture but do make sure that their paws are clean and that they do not rough house in the house. As I am working at home I can monitor them as well.
