Andrea had a very gentle and calm approach with our dog which allowed her space to feel comfortable. Her updates gave us peace of mind and when we picked her up she seemed at home in her house. “Maryanne and her husband took very good care of my young energetic dog Twinkle, an Irish Water Spaniel. My dog was with them for more than 3 weeks and when she came back home she was relaxed and totally herself. Maryanne was extremely responsive to my communication which made the transaction easy and my vacation stress-free. The cherry on top of the cake: 2 days prior to leaving, Twinkle started her period. I was afraid they would not take her but they were up for the challenge. Its a lot of additional care and hassle so I told Maryanne I would compensate her for the extra work it would give her : she requested a reasonable amount for compensation. I received a couple of photos during our trip and they highlighted Twinkle second birthday party with extra treats and a birthday hat. About: I’m lucky to have two amazing dogs in my life, Luna ( a lady of a certain age! ) she belongs to my son and when she comes to me for her “holidays” we enjoy long, leisurely walks and/or a lovely swim in the ocean! And lots of cosy, curled up on the couch time. Then there’s Molly- who is a sweet golden retriever puppy belonging to my daughter. I spent a wonderful summer with Molly in tow, at just 10 weeks old, everything was new to her and delighted her. Although our walks were short, we went often and Molly made many friends in the neighbourhood! My daughter lives in the Okanagan Valley therefore, sadly I don’t get to spend nearly enough time with “our” Molly. Having said that, I do have lots of time to spend with your precious canine! I love walking and believe I would be a great companion for your dog when you can’t be there. I will strive to walk in different areas to provide visual interest to your dog and take the utmost care of him/ her at all times. I prefer on leash walks but am more than happy to play off leash games in your back yard. If your dog requires medication, I’m quite confident with that - recently Luna needed a course of injections and I was able to do that with no problems and obviously, I can feed your dog if required. At the moment I provide 2 kitties with regular overnight care and drop in visits. One of whom is diabetic & requires daily medication. I have lots of flexibility at the moment. I can offer week day and weekend service and am happy to tailor the length/ type of walk to suit your dog. I prefer to offer one on one care to deepen my bond with your dog. I am excellent housekeeper & live “lightly” in my clients homes.

About: I have had cats or dogs my whole life. I’d love to make your travel easier by caring for your beloved fur babies while you are away from home. I work from home and can rearrange my schedule during the day to stop in and take your pets out for potty breaks or a quick walk or cuddles. I am currently taking time off work to do what I love, to travel and take care of dogs, cats and any pet you may have. This means I will be home with your pet to give them A LOT of one on one attention and all the care that they need. I am very active so dogs with get A LOT of walks, hiking and fun depending on energy of the dog. I have experience with dogs that are shy, have anxiety, reactive dogs, animals with medical needs & seniors I love taking photos and videos and sending daily updates to the owners and making sure they know their pet is being taken care of and in good hands. A lot of dogs I care for have anxiety but I am able to allow them to feels safe and distract them with walks, toys and exercise. I'm very good at reading dogs and making sure they are comfortable and happy. I've been told I have very good energy. I've been sitting for more cats lately and love playing, petting and scratching under chin and making them trust me and purr.
About: I have taken care of our own family dogs, friends and clients dogs. I love all dogs! As I am an Energy Healer, animals seem to relax in my presence. Nature and the outdoors are also my hobbies, so your dogs will get lots of fresh air and walks. About: I have a very flexible availability since I’ve just finished my law degree and am home full time! I live near multiple parks (within 5 mins walking distance) and with lots of space in my home that your pup would love! I have a 5 month old mini dachshund puppy, and she is extremely friendly, social and would love to make new friends. I’ve been training her since she was 8 weeks old and I can also work with your pup on anything you’d like to re-enforce or newly introduce. I have past experience with dogs dealing with separation anxiety, I also implement crate training and enforced naps throughout the day and positive rewards. I also can potty train if needed! I only take 1 pet/booking at a time so I can give my full attention to your pup! Please do let me know if your pup is social or has any triggers (toy/food guarding) and is friendly to puppies, if your uncertain I strongly recommended a quick meet up prior to booking with your pup and mine to ensure a safe and fun day for them! I am home full time and my daily routine consists of caring for my own puppy, usually including playing and training and enforced naps and walks I live in a single dwelling home with a fenced yard with plenty of grass, and my home is split leveled so there’s plenty of space for your pup to run around and play. I’m not adjacent to a busy street so there are no noises that might make your pup anxious. I also have my own pup who would love a new friend (Please let me know if your pup shouldn’t be taking stairs or jumping, since I dont let my mini dachshund take the stairs or jump onto furniture due to any back injury risks so I carry her and I can do the same for yours!)
About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking for many years, I have experience with all pets. I have worked with all different sizes and breeds, I have also worked with different temperaments. I’ve dealt with shy and timid dogs, to aggressively not good with other animals or humans, and of course loving and super friendly dogs.
