About: Let me look after your fur baby while you enjoy skiing, biking or hiking at Sun Peaks resort. My family had dogs for as long as I can remember. I have been a pet parent since 2000 and at one time owned 3 dogs: a black lab and 2 Sealyham Terriers, one of whom was blind! As a pet parent I know how important it is to your enjoyment that you know your dog is safe and happy. My home is a quiet space perfect for your fur baby to hang out while you enjoy the mountain. I had to say goodbye to my precious little dog Johnny Cash in March 2025 and I look forward to spoiling your fur baby I work from home and created my work schedule based around my dog! We go outside for regular bathroom breaks and there is plenty of time for cuddles on the couch, and longer walks between client calls. When I am not working I like to go hiking, golfing or snowboarding depending on the season. Most of the day is spent relaxing in the living room or on the deck. There is an extensive walking path directly outside my condo. Your fur baby is welcome to sleep with us on the king bed or wherever you prefer.

I know how difficult it can be to find a safe and caring sitter, that’s where I come in :) My schedule is quite flexible right now and I am working mostly from my computer 3 days a week 9-5 at most. I’ve been really enjoying using Rover to make a bit of extra income in the side while I help my Mom with her farm & market business venture. That being said I might not always be available when you want me :( send me a message to see if I can help you out. 🐾 I take any special instructions seriously. I will only feed them what and when you’d like. I will socialize how much or how little you want them socialized. I generally only take one dog or one family at a time to ensure the most personalized care. Special circumstances I can take 2 dogs or 2 different families pets at a time. This is a farmstead and there are other dogs that live nearby but everyone gets along and is up to date vaccinated 🐾

About: Hello, my name is Teresa and I'm dog walker who is Walks and Wags Certified with Pet First Aid. I've also taken International Academy of Canine Trainers Certified Professional Dog Walker program. I'm an animal lover and have had pets all of my life. I especially love dogs of all shapes and sizes and am looking forward to taking care of your dog either as a dog walker or just for home visits to play and make sure that he/she is fine while you are at work. I'm happy to visit both young puppers and more senior doggos - as we all know your dog is the 'best dog ever' and I'm happy to treat your dog like my own! Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I work remotely so am happy to have your dog as company to my own two fur babies! My yard is fenced so there is no fear for them to run in our backyard. I allow pets on furniture but do make sure that their paws are clean and that they do not rough house in the house. As I am working at home I can monitor them as well.
