Cynthia was absolutely wonderful with Luna during our boarding stay! Since Luna is older, I was a little nervous leaving her, but Cynthia put me completely at ease. She kept me updated throughout our entire trip, which meant so much and made me feel comfortable and happy knowing Luna was in safe hands. She followed all of Luna's care instructions closely and made sure she was well taken care of the whole time. We would definitely book with Cynthia again! :)

My husband and I have been working with Cynthia since we adopted Ernie in July and she's been really great with him every time she's watched him. This was the first time we boarded Ernie with her for a weekend while we were away and I really appreciate that she kept us updated with how he was doing the whole time - the good and the tougher puppy pain stuff. Ernie has a great time with her and we're really happy we found her on Rover. We definitely recommend Cynthia for your house sitting and boarding needs.

I left left for a short weekend trip and I got updates and videos and pictures throughout the trip. 😁 Noah was all smiles in every photo and came home with a huge smile on his face. I was so nervous having to leave my cat alone for the first time, but Cynthia checked in with me, and asked questions even I forgot to answer to make sure my cat properly taken care of. Cynthia was great when I dropped of my dog but was not great with communication while out of town. She asked me to pick up my dog early on pick up day which wasn’t a problem but she didn’t come to the door for 20 minutes once I was there. Then she gave no update on how things went or really any communication. She was cold during that interaction. After bringing me my dog she then took awhile back in the house to bring his food and dog bed out. Also, her profile says she has an 11 lb cat but it doesn’t say she has a Doberman which she does. I hope she was just having a bad morning.
