Calling all dogs!

Pet care experience

**PetTech Trained in CPR/First Aid** **24-hour Supervised In-Home Care!** **Member Pet Sitters International** Hello! I am a full-time pet sitter providing 24-hour supervision in my own home. I am also available for traveling assignments such as dog walking, poop scooping, litter box cleaning, feeding, administering of medication, transportation and playtime for cats, dogs, birds and fish in your home. I also care for special-needs pets. Please message me regarding away visits. I have been working with pets and in the pet care industry for over 20 years, and have been a sitter with Rover since early 2014. I’ve worked for pet stores, veterinarians and dog trainers and have volunteered to animal rescue organizations as well as having rescued countless dogs and cats of my own! I currently have a rescued 9-year old boxer named Lily, who has never met a dog that didn’t like her, and a 3-year old cat named Foster (in other words, a true foster failure!) I run a pet-sitting business full-time and when I’m away visiting clients, your dogs being boarded in my home are never left alone and are being cared for by my mom, who has even more experience than I do! A few things to note: The price listed on Rover for overnight care is per dog. Puppies under 6 months of age may be extra. For visits to a client's home, I service the following areas: Flower Mound, Lewisville, Highland Village and some parts of Argyle and Denton. Meet my pets I have a 9-year old rescued boxer named Lily and a 4-year old cat named Foster. (Note: My cat is indoor-only and can be separated from guest dogs, if needed.) About my yard I live in a large home with lots of room for dogs and have a large fenced-in yard with both a grassy area and large patio. My experience administering medication Yes, I can give medications, including injections, and, in fact, my own dog is on a daily thyroid.

Morgan did a wonderful job caring for my energetic 4 year old Lab mix. This was the first time I have left him with someone for more than a day and things went great for 6 nights. I know he had lots of fun playing with other dogs and got lots of attention. I would recommend Morgan to anyone that is anxious about leaving their dog with someone, she is a professional. Five Stars!

Spud has stayed with Morgan twice and he has had incredible stays both times!! Morgan and her mother are both super sweet people who truly care about your pet!! I was always nervous about leaving Spud with someone besides family, but I don't have that worry anymore after my experience with Morgan :) Spud is so spoiled and loved when staying at Morgans and I would recommend her to anyone!!

Fenway had an amazing stay with Morgan! I felt very at ease dropping him off and being assured that he was in good hands. Morgan was quick to respond when I would contact her to check in on our baby and sent us pictures of Fen during his stay. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Morgan. I wish Morgan lived in our state so that she could be our "go to" person when we need care for Fenway. I highly recommend her for your boarding needs!

This was our first time using rover.com and could not have been happier! Morgan was very understanding when our plans changed and was more than willing to work with us. Although we have boarded our dog on a number of occasions, she has never seemed as calm and content when we picked her up as she did when she stayed with Morgan. It was a huge relief to know that she was in such a great environment while we had to be away!

Information Morgan M. would like to know about your pet

Things I want to know are: 1. Does you dog get along with other dogs? 2. What special behavior issues does your dog have , if any(mine has major separation anxiety!)? 3. Has your dog stayed away from home before and, if so, where did he/she stay and what was the outcome?

A typical day

Here's where we'll take our walks I live in a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood that is very safe for walking dogs as it does not have a lot of traffic. Your dog's sleeping arrangement This is up to you. If your dog is used to sleeping in the bed with you, then he/she is also welcome to do the same at my home. Otherwise, the dog may be crated, if a crate is provided by the owner, or able to sleep on the many comfy dog beds in the house. NEVER will the dog be left outside unattended. Time I'll spend with your dog I'm an early riser so I'm up at 6 a.m. every day. I leave around 10 to go care for my daily dog-walking and cat-litter-box cleaning clients and return no more than 5 hours later. Then it's all afternoon of play and interaction with the occasional nap in between. However, even when I'm gone your boarded dogs are supervised and cared for by my mom, whom you will meet during the initial meet-and-greet appointment and who has even more experience caring for dogs and cats than I do :) Time I'll spend with your dog I'll spend a minimum of 30 minutes at each visit with additional time given depending on each situation (i.e., number of animals, tasks needed, etc.). Please note that additional time will be charged for accordingly.
