I had such a great experience with Jessica as a dog sitter for my dog, Tuffy! She followed all of the care instructions, including wiping Tuffy's eyes, administering medication, and keeping to her specific feeding and walking schedule. I really appreciated how accommodating she was to Tuffy’s routine and her needs. Her communication was excellent — she was very responsive and asked thoughtful questions to ensure she was caring for Tuffy in the best way possible. Jessica kept me updated frequently with pictures and messages, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Tuffy looked happy, relaxed, and well taken care of when I returned — it was clear she was in good hands and liked Jessica very much. She was also incredibly trustworthy and respectful. I appreciated that she asked for permission in advance if she needed to be out for a certain period of time. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Jessica is an amazingly reliable, caring and professional dog sitter. She made sure to take great care of Winter while we were away. She constantly kept us updated on her status and went above and beyond her duties to make sure Winter was cared for and happy while we were awat. She even volunteered to stop by late on a Friday night to the turn on the lights for Winter. I highly recommend her!

Jess was very nice and accommodating, we reached out a few days before a last minute trip and she kindly made adjustments to her schedule to accommodate our needs. She’s very attentive, was very thorough in communication and sent constant updates and photos. She also took tobi on a fun hike and prioritized outdoor time.

Yu Jung did a great job taking care of our dogs. She was very communicative each time she came over and took lots of pictures. She was thorough with all our instructions and our dogs were so happy to see her each time she popped by! Will definitely use her again :)

I would highly recommend Jessica for a pet sitter. She was extremely communicative and responsible with our dogs. Our dogs loved her, and she remembered all of the little idiosyncrasies of each dog in order to better take care of them. Throughout our trip, Jessica sent photos to let us know that our pups were doing just fine. Would definitely give her my future business and I recommend you do too!

We were gone for 10 days on a trip to Europe and Jessica did a great job caring for our 11 year old dog who takes daily medication for seizures. She bonded with her over the time together and sent video and pictures. That made us feel very at ease while being so far away.
