I also got sick during my trip and she was very kind to offer and drop Charlie off so I didn't have to drive there when I didn't feel good.”

He knows how to care for cats with different personalities. When we came to pick up the cat, Jake had already packed the cat's things in advance. Pepper enjoyed his stay and was given such great care. “Abby is great with my pets! My senior dog, Diesel, has a tendency to cry and howl while I'm gone, but she treats it as if it's music to her ears. My cat Frankie can be a little menace sometimes trying to open cupboards, etc. However, Abby finds this as a great time to play with him.”

“Charlie, loved his visit with Macy and Luke. When we met Macy, she immediately greeted Charlie with tender attention and warmth. We received cute photos while we were at the football game, and we didn't worry about him at all while he had his "sleep over:) When we picked Charlie up on Sunday morning, Macy was ready with him outside, and he seemed so calm and happy. Our dog has issues with anxiety, but it was immediately evident that he felt comfortable with Macy. Normally, he'd race to us with a "take me home" look, but he stayed by her side until we reached down to pick him up:). Our son is in grad school in Iowa City, and we would absolutely leave Charlie with Macy and Luke again while visiting town. We recommend them very highly.”
