I have a Yorkie that is older and needs his eyes wiped and ointment put in daily, or they get crusty. Rio looked great when I picked him up and he was in good spirits. I could tell immediately she gave him lots of attention and took care of his needs. He was a happy camper. I would recommend Kathy highly to anyone, whether your dog is young or old. She truly cares.”

Yulan and Gaochuan were quick to respond and always sent videos and photos everyday. Blue gets nervous at first going to strangers but we knew he found comfort in them shortly after dropping him off because Blue snuggled happily next to them. “Joseph and Allison (sorry if I misspelled) are an amazing pair of professionals. On a last minute notice they were able to take in my border collie/German shepherd mix, Axel. Their customer service is nothing less than exceptional and they know what they’re doing. The only flaw I can think of was the fact that they’re Saints fans (Go Niners!) lol. This was my first time using rover and they made me feel comfortable with using this app. I definitely trust them with my pup and will use their services next time when needed. She loved her time there, and it was like her home away from home. Francine sent us pictures and videos of our Mocha daily, and we were able to rest easy knowing she was having fun and very comfortable with her sitter. Mocha had the best stay with Francine, and we’ll definitely be sitting with her again!!”
