Hi! My name is Monet (they/them) - Tiffany is my first name. I have endless love, empathy, and care to share with your fur babies! I've invested years into cultivating a great love for all types of animals. When I was younger, I started out pet sitting cats, dogs and fish for neighbors, family and friends around my area. Then I got the opportunity to study Environmental Science at Washington College. Because of this, I have a lot of experience interacting with animals and environments new and old! The well being of your beautiful and beloved babies takes top priority! This includes your dogs, cats, and anything in between! I would love to help your pets live a fun and healthy life even on days when their favorite person (you!) is busy!

A great cat sitter! They were kind and attentive to our cat and provided updates through video, photos and text. They really cared about our cat's wellbeing and went the extra mile to make sure the cat was comfortable. They were very reliable as well. Recommended!

I take great care to follow the instructions I have been given. I aim to maintain the animals' routines so that they have a sense or normalcy while you are away. I make sure that the environment remains hygienic, clean and safe. I also want to make sure your animals feel loved, so I will give them as much attention as they need:)

What their interactions with new people are like. What are their favorite toys and if they like to walk anywhere in particular! I also like to know what their eating habits look like and their signals. Signals ie. when your dog needs to go out his ears point upward and he stares at you.
A typical day
I love to make sure that your dog gets decent play time. That means being engaged with them as we are on walks, in parks or at home. Knowing when they need to rest and cool off is a must. I love to know what their favorite toys are so i can interact with them in a way that is familiar and builds trust. As for cats, I will take the time that is needed to make them feel comfortable with me. I want them to feel safe and have their needs met. I will ensure their environment is clean and their routine is consistent. I love cats! I live with 3 and have learned over the years that boundaries, patience, and treats are the best way to bond with them :)

Availability
I am currently available between 7 am to 8 am for drop-ins and after 3 pm as well. I am flexible for drop-ins later in the evening. House sitting is possible if you are okay with me not being present during the work day (8 am-3 pm) and stepping out in the evenings to feed and care for my cat! I will have this schedule through the end of May (if this changes I will update my availability).
