Pet care experience
I am an avid animal lover, particularly when it comes to dogs and cats. I grew up on a farm in New Mexico with many, many animals including dogs, cats, horses, and chickens. I have fostered dogs and cats for several years. I have been responsible not only for their care, but also nurturing, training, and administering an array of medications particular to the foster animal’s needs. I just moved to Santa Cruz and am looking to get a foot in the door of the animal/animal owner community. Animals are one of my greatest passions as well as the outdoors, which ensures I will take dogs for plenty of walks, runs, and to hit the dog parks! And, I always enjoy cat snuggles and the endless entertainment of playing with them (if they so desire, ha!).

Taylor was amazing with our Shih Tzu Bubba. Taylor was able to watch Bubba over Christmas break because we were out of town for a family reunion. Taylor is a great communicator and took lots of pictures and gave us updates every day. Bubba was very happy and clean when we picked him up. We would definitely rebook with Taylor again!

Rosie didn’t want Taylor to go :) she really liked her walk.
Taylor was so accommodating when our flights got cancelled and we needed our boy to arches for a couple extra days . She has a great space for dogs , highly recommend her !

A typical day
I like running around and playing just as much as the dogs and utilizing all the cat toys or simply providing cuddles. Whatever the comfort level of the dog/cat cat owner is, I am happy to take your dog for adventures or have some good play/snuggle time at home.

I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I am available to watch your furry friends any day of the week! I have lots of free time that I love to spend walking dogs, playing in the backyard, or having good ol’ couch cuddles.
