Ruth was amazing! She clearly made our cat Steve feel right at home- within just a few hours she was sending pictures of him prowling around like the owned the place. She sent cute photos and updates to help when we missed him and was beyond accommodating when we have some travel difficulties. We couldn't recommend Ruth more highly.
