Caring and Reliable Sitter
Pet care experience
I've had a lifelong passion for animals. While in college, I spent a year volunteering at the Jacksonville Zoo, which solidified my interest in animal care and conservation. I was grateful for the chance to work as an assistant zookeeper and meet some of the most amazing animals. Taking care of animals and others have always been a passion of mine. UPDATE: Thank you for all the wonderful people and furbabies I have been able to meet and take care of, as of this moment starting April 21st til end of September. I have gotten the opportunity to work and learn more about the wildlife and conservation in Denali National Park. I hope to return and take care of your loved ones again and to anyone who needs my help in the near future. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will miss the ones I have gotten to know there personalities til I come back to see them. I have appreciated everyone I have gotten to know so far and plan to keep in touch. Thank you.
Reviews
Our two dogs spent 5 days with Kaylie. Prior to booking,Kaylie’s communication was superb. When we dropped the dogs off, we saw they had a great space to play and sleep. During the stay, Kaylie sent text messages and pictures. This allowed us to see that they were being walked and played with, not just left alone. Our dogs were in great condition when we picked them up. We are glad we found Kaylie. We would highly recommend her and we plan to use her in the future.
Kaylie was so fantastic to work with! She took great care of our dog, and sent regular updates.
Took incredible care of our sweet Georgia. She sent us frequent updates and photos while we were away. Would highly recommend Kaylie! We will definitely be using her again!
Kaylie took AMAZING care of our baby Dakota. She would send us constant updates about him with photos and videos. But most importantly she understood that Dakota is a shy boy who needs a little time to warm up to people and she managed to earn his trust very quickly. In each photo and video Kaylie would send us I could tell Dako was in a loving and safe environment, I honestly don't think Dakota could've been in better hands.

I have plenty of space and a backyard to play with your wonderful animal pals and cater to all of their requirements. Please let me know if you have any specific processes or needs. Because the backyard is not fenced in, they will need to wear a leash or harness. They will be the focus of my attention. Dogs in my care are allowed to participate in outdoor play sessions and go for regular walks. They are supervised to ensure their safety and well-being, and the playtime helps to keep them active and healthy while also providing mental stimulation. It is important to have their vet contact information on hand in case of allergies, vaccines, and flea and tick treatment. I've worked with dogs who are afraid of thunderstorms; it's all about keeping them calm. This may be achieved by providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere for them throughout the storm and applying soothing methods like music or toys. Making sure they get adequate attention at this time may also help them feel less fearful and nervous.

Information Kaylie H. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet has a special regimen or routine. After all, it's all about them and putting your mind at ease while under my supervision. I want to make them as relaxed as possible. Working in animal care is all about making a new best friend who wants to go on play dates with you. I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing how happy and healthy the animals I care for are. It's incredible to see them establish trust in me and form friendships. At the end of the day, seeing a wagging tail or hearing a contented purr is enough for me. It's an incredible feeling to know that I'm helping them.
A typical day
I realize how crucial it is for a pet to maintain a consistent daily routine. I shall follow the prescribed procedure to ensure their comfort. While we stay at my house, I have a spacious backyard and a fantastic neighborhood for a walk. If they enjoy walking in parks, I will usually take them to Peachtree or Tyrone.
