Pet care experience
Experienced owner of two cats who has had training and experience working with a variety of shelter pets from young to old. I love walking and outdoors as much as the pets that I sit and walk. I'm originally from the the Midwest, so I have no problem walking on rainy or cold days. Experienced in positive reinforcement pet training as well. My volunteer work at the animal shelter has allowed me to work with a variety of animals with very different temperaments, personalities, and backgrounds. Responsible and reliable and will care for pets like they are my own. I understand that you are entrusting me with someone very precious and that each pet is unique with unique needs. I will do everything that I can to give them the utmost care and love.

This was my wife’s and my first time using Rover and we really didn’t know what to expect. We are so grateful we found Karen! We booked for 5 overnights for our two kitties and couldn’t be happier about our experience. Karen was so easy to communicate with and she sent daily updates with pictures so we felt at ease throughout our entire trip. Even our shy kitty who usually hides from strangers warmed up quickly and we received so many pictures of her snuggling and getting pets the way she does with us. We absolutely recommend booking with Karen!
This was our first time using Karen as a pet sitter and I have to say she’s amazing! She’s very personable, on time, and of course the cats love her. Will definitely be using her again in the near future!

Walks to the park, enjoying some quality time outdoors with whatever their favorite activities are. Also, lounging, cuddling, and play time indoors. I try to keep them engaged as much as possible.
