Pet care experience
I have my own 3 beautiful dogs as well as 8 chickens! I have experience with overnight pet sitting at peoples homes as well as working at a boarding and training facility where I was trusted to medicate, feed, groom, and health check all the dogs daily. I frequently communicated closely with clients to ensure we receive all information on their pets needs and wants. I always enjoyed updating clients on their pets vacation stay with personalized photos and videos and loved getting to know the differences in the many breeds. Animals have been a passion of mine ever since childhood and my love for dogs has only grown with experience. I am excited to continue my career in creating connections and a positive experiences with pets and their owners. I am happy to take on dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages! Jenna is such a breath of fresh air after having two bad experiences with recent house sitters who neglected our dogs in crates without food and water for 12 hours. She has a really sweet personality and was always professional. She has shown she is dependable and definitely tried to go above and beyond to make sure our pups felt safe and comfortable while she sat for them. Each of our 4 dogs has unique personalities due to being rescued from previously bad situations and they have some special considerations we work with them on. She was detail oriented with all of our expectations and cared for our dogs’ medical treatments and medications as prescribed. She showed how well her experience with handling guardian/giant breeds fit perfectly with our 150 pound cane corso pack leader’s goofy but alpha male personality. She had impeccable communication before and throughout the stay. We can tell she loved and cared for our pups deeply while still respecting our semi-strict boundaries when it came to training and house rules. We trust her with our fur babies and will definitely be using her again as our regular sitter!

I always trust a dogs body language so when meeting a new pet I know its important to go slow and offer treats (approved by owner) and to not force a dog into liking you off the bat. I am happy to take my time and get to know and love your dogs individual personalities!

To ensure absolute safety please let me know of any behavioral problems such as aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, and any biting incidents if applicable. This pertains to other dogs, cats, people, and children so I know what to be wary of and avoid. If your pup has any allergies or medications that need to be administered in my care I am happy to go over them with you and if I have any questions will not hesitate to reach out.
A typical day
I like to keep my schedule open to the owners wants! so if you have a dog friendly pup who has a dog park they frequent, a preferred walking path, or perhaps they just want to play ball in the backyard please let me know and I can take them to ensure a fun and safe outing!
