Pet care experience
I grew up on a family farm, and have been involved in caring for animals since I was a toddler. I have experience with animals of all temperaments, shapes and sizes including horses, farm animals, cats, dogs and exotics! I currently own two cats on campus, and plenty of other fur babies at home in PA. I am familiar with animals that have aggressive tendencies, need muzzled, and may need extra attention when near other dogs or animals on walks. I have cared for neighbors large and small dogs for over 5 years now, and wanted to meet more furry families on Rover!

Grace was so great! She was timely and left notes and photos every time. I loved knowing someone was spending time with our kitties while we were away, and I could tell she really cared for them. We also had to unexpectedly add another visit, and she was able to accommodate it last minute. My only negative I can say is that we found her too late - wish she weren’t moving so we could have her cat sit again! Thank you!

I care for all animals as if they were my own. I am very open about what I am capable and qualified to do. If you ask about a service out of my capabilities, I will inform you. The safety of both pet and person is my top priority! I am comfortable crating, walking, playing, muzzling, claw-trimming (yes, even for the crazy ones!) and more. If you are looking for something specific, please ask! I have a lot of experience with all sizes of pet and welcome all breeds. I also have two years of experience as a veterinary assistant. This has familiarized me with the highest quality of pet safety, pet CPR, and administering oral and injectable medications.

A typical day
I like to go above and beyond for walks and drop-ins! This includes using toys your dogs love to stimulate them both mentally and physically. This can include having commands woven into games, and encouraging them to make decisions while playing! For walks, local parks are a must! Changing scenery can engage pups in a new way.
