I’ve grown up with dogs all shapes and sizes. I previously dog-walked and dog-sat during maternity leave and have looked after family dogs. I have a very friendly Cockerdor called Percy who we have had since he was a young puppy.

I was so lucky to find Georgina as I needed someone to look after my dog, Dilli, when I was at a wedding. Georgina usually likes to meet dogs before a stay, but was flexible as I was not from the area. She immediately made Dilli feel welcome and at ease, kept her entertained and took her on a walk she would have loved. Georgina also kept me regularly up to date, and was understanding when I was late due to traffic. Great experience, I just wish I lived closer to Georgina so that I could leave Dilli with her more often!
Georgina took care of our baby cat Ruby for 3 days. She came to play and to clean her litter. When we arrived Ruby was happy and relaxed! Thank you very much!
Georgina was just perfect! Daisy was well looked after and I received daily updates with photos. I would use Georgina again and would recommend her to anyone ❤️
Louie stayed with Georgie and her family for five nights, and was wonderfully well looked after. I received plenty of pics and updates, and I could tell he was having a tremendous time. He loved playing with Percy, hanging out with the kids, and he even got a trip to the dog field. I couldn’t recommend Georgie more highly.

I am DBS checked. I have a fully enclosed garden (my Mum’s dog is an escape artist, so it has been well tested!). I have a relaxed yet bustling family home where pets are part of our family. Our family dog is very soft and friendly.

I can only accept dogs that are good with or who are not bothered by, young children. They know to give dogs space when feeding, sleeping etc but no risks taken with aggressive dogs. They must get on with other dogs.
A typical day
Walks tend to be on Ilkley Moor (except during ground bird nesting season) or by the river where dogs who can go off-lead can also have a swim. We have a nice safe garden. As well as walks I can take them out and about as I often do with my dog e.g. to cafes. My three children love dogs and they will be sure to get lots of cuddles and attention from us all.

Availability
I am taking a career break to look after my youngest child, so I am at home or out walking my dog on Ilkley moor or by the river every day. My husband is often working from home and loves dogs too.
