I live in an apartment with my 10 year old chihuahua, Toro. He is calm and friendly, but because of his age he is not very compatible with puppies or enthusiastic young dogs. That's why my home is ideal for older dogs that just want to relax in the sun and snuggle :) I know how hard it is to find the perfect home away from home for your dog, especially for smaller, older dogs that are a bit on the finicky side. We don't have a fenced in yard, but we do have an enclosed patio that gets very sunny in the afternoons. We live near Las Palmas Park, which is a little slice of doggy heaven. There are huge open fields of grass there, trees, and a fenced-in dog park.
