answered a question | Customers Constantly Late! Hello, yes I've dealt with similar situations. Make it very clear to people the time and date they are picking up and dropping off. Once you've agreed upon a time for pick up/drop off, keep checking in. Message them the day before or so to confirm this time. Don't be afraid to be pushy. It's your business. And make sure on your profile that your expectations are known. In my opinion, don't willingly suggest to dog owners that you are flexible, because they will take advantage of that knowledge and be less on-time because they think you won't really care. It's sad but the truth! Just my little input. Hope that helps. |
answered a question | How do I mark a successful Meet and Greet? If you had a successful meet and greet, just go ahead and book the stay. You send them a request and they'll have about 70 hours to accept the booking. Hope that helps. |

asked a question | Meet and greet safety What do y'all usually do if an owner has no pictures or information on their profile? I just scheduled a meet and greet with someone who I have never met (obviously) but has no pictures, or details on their profile. Talking to them - they seemed nice, but how do I ensure my own safety for meet and greets? I'm basically inviting a complete stranger over and have no expectations of who this person is. Any advice? |
