| marked best answer | Why is my dog limping in the winter time? Why does my dog limp in the wintertime? I once cut into her quick while i was cutting her nails and it bleed for about an hour. It healed on it's own. I did not go see a vet. She also once had a crack on her nail which was bleeding. I cut her nails short enough so the quick could recede, then i could cut it short enough to get rid of the crack. I'm wondering if any of these 2 things could be the reason as to why she is limping on her foot. The one that had a crack was on the foot that she is limping with. But I don't know which foot bleed because i had cut into her quick. I would go see a vet but my parents refuse to agree to take my dog to see one. |
