asked a question | How would you handle drop off/pick up at unsociable hours? I have a client who I have had for over a year but now she wants to drop off her dog at 6:30am (with less than 24 hours notice) & pick her dog up at 10pm (cutting her stay down with less than 10 hours notice). I don't mind refunding the extra night (picking up Friday night instead of Sunday) but I think she should pay for the 10pm pick up as if it was an overnight. ? I'm seriously thinking of dropping this client.What does everyone else think? |
