I just tried to leave this feedback for Rover, but got an error message so not sure if they got it:

If the Rover Pack Badge is no longer available to anybody, I think you should remove it from everyone else's profile. It is not fair to those of us that meet the same criteria. A pet owner is not going to know that the badge was discontinued and that other sitters offer the same quality of service.
