Rover has excellent support service you can always get them 24/7/365. You can all so contact your sitter or dog walker by text or by phone. Rover is very picky about there sitter they only get the best. Do a meet & greet with one of the sitter and try us out.

I don't know how she got away with that. I am a dog walker with Rover and when I am ready to start the walk you have to do a Rover Card. This card tracks you by GPS and show a map as to where you have been along with the miles, and times. Then you have to take pictures of the dog and then do a Rover Card to finish up. So the customer should know everything you are doing with there dogs. You should always do a Meet and Greet with the walker before you hire them.

Your customer does not see the review you leave. It's just for you to help keep track of your clients dogs its in house software. I do it all the time and had ask my clients about it and they never received any thing.

All puppies are like this. They start off doing very good than all of a sudden they forget than they remember again. Puppies have a very small bladder and they poop a lot so please be patient. All that training and patients will kick in.

If your dog had never had this problem before I would recommend you calling or seeing your vet. about this problem. It could be minor or it could be major but you won't know until you see your vet.

I personally don't charge higher or extra for puppies you still have to walk them the same amount of time as an adult dog.

I get a lot of request from Multi Dog Family for Drop In Visit but they never sign up because it is to expensive so I would like to offer them a discount on there other dogs. For example the first dog would be $13 and there other dogs would be $10 each can I do that before we have a Meet & Greet? If so how do I do that on the system?

Customer just want me to watch her dog and walk her dog at her house for just 8 hours. My question is do I charge her my hourly rate or Overnight rate. She wants me to stay at her house with her dog she does not want a Drop-In Visit.

If you have more than one dog they will eat there food fast to keep the other dogs from getting there food. There are some breeds like the Lab. that will wolf down there food but that is just how they are. They best thing to do is to try the slow down bowl and see if that doesn't help. If you have mult. dogs feed them in different places in your home or feed them in there crate.
