How often are the performance scores updated on your profile? I booked a new request with a repeat client and my response time hasn't changed. My Repeat Client score hasn't budged either. Could just be a lag in system time?

Also, If I rebook a client (first time woohoo!), but this time it's for a drop-in visit and not a dog walking, does that repeat booking score reflect across all services? I would think it should, but it just may not have updated yet? Thanks guys!
