I was going to dog sit this weekend, but the dog came over and peed like 4 times and took a big dump in my apartment in the first 10 minutes. The person came and got the dog, and I cleaned up best I could, but now my dog seems uncomfortable in here and doesn't want to come through the doorway after being outside.

Will he get over this apprehension? Is the smell still bothering him? Will he feel like it's his safe home spot again soon?

I feel bad for the buddy, it was his zone and now it's got this other dogs piss smell all over it.
