How long have you been using that specific bag of dry food? If it has been more than 2-3 weeks, it (the food) can develop mites which dogs tend to know is there and refuse to eat it. Dry food goes bad just like any other food. Our elderly dog had the same problem and we got this advice/info from our Vet.
