Some dogs are just magnets for fleas and some are highly allergic to flea bites and even require a steroid treatment or shot to remedy the side effects (hotspots, chewing on themselves). Be honest in your response and potential clients will understand that not all owners are rational..It's like a good restaurant getting a bad review..respond and forget about it..can't please everyone.
