asked a question Is there no way to set up recurring walks?

I googled this question and did find a help article that says it should be possible, but I am not seeing the box to check that should say "recurring" on it. Right now, my client and I just make sure that a new booking is confirmed every week, but it would be so much easier if we could just set it up to be recurring. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right spot? Is there a way to edit a current booking to be recurring? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

answered a question What should I do about receiving a 1 star review?

That sounds like a really unfortunate situation. My personal recommendation is to just keep trying and ask future clients to please offer their honest rating after your visit in hopes of raising it again. You might have better luck promoting yourself in person for a while if you are having difficulty picking up clients via the site alone.

answered a question why does my dog run and hide when I get the leash out?

Definitely do not chase her! She will continue to think it is a game and it make it more difficult to break her of this. When you have some time, I would recommend sitting on the couch or a chair with the leash next to you or in your lap. Let her approach you and sniff the leash. Praise her for coming to you! Attach the leash and allow her to be with you with the leash on for a little while and take it off. Eventually, you can progress to leading her around the room with the leash on before taking it off again, then on to take her out for a short walk and coming back in to take the leash off again. Always remember to give praise and treats for everything she does right! Do not scold her for any wrongdoing, and instead try ignoring her until she complies. I'd like to mention, this last bit can sometimes be the most frustrating for the owner because you hope to see immediate results and it can be hard to withhold showing frustration to your dog and scolding her, but patience can really prove worth it if you stick with it!

answered a question How can I train my 5 month old puppy to stop pooping in her kennel?

Both comments are right in that you should not only continue to block off part of the kennel (there should be enough room for the puppy to stand, turn around, and lay down), you should also consider developing a schedule. Take your puppy out immediately after eating, again 30 minutes after, and right before going into the kennel. Take your puppy out immediately after she wakes up. Don't make your puppy wait, they can't hold it very long! In my experience, it is sometimes better to hold the puppy from the carrier to going outside. If the distance is too far, they might squat on the way to the door. If your puppy is only 5 months old, I would recommend making sure she gets to go out at least every 5 to 6 hours. This might mean you need to wake up earlier to take her out. A general rule of thumb is they can only hold it for an hour of every month of age plus one. This doesn't mean your puppy might not be able to hold it longer, or she might need to go out more frequently, but it is a good basis to start from and figure out what works best for you and her! I hope this helps!
