I did post a reply to the review already. It wasn't really the review I was worried about. It's more the fact that I think this is something she generally does, like a way to get people to refund her the money she spent. There were a lot of shady things about the whole experience.

I had a bad experience with an owner, who I think was trying to get either an unjustified refund or money from me personally after picking her dog up. There were a couple red flags, including my one and only bad review from her where she purposely tried to make me look bad, such as saying my 3 story house was an apartment, etc etc. I want to post a more detailed explanation of how she acted as an attempt to warn other sitters in my area that she might try and do the same thing to them, if this is truly something she does. However, I don't want to break any ToS or privacy issues by posting her name or dog's name, etc, and I wasn't able to find a similar question on the forum.
