I discovered a technique to enable me and two owners of the same dog(s) to communicate via the Rover intermediary phone number. One owner needs to associate his/her phone to the Rover account. The other owner needs to download the Rover mobile app. The owner who associates a phone to the account will be able to send and receive Rover messages via the native phone text messaging system. The owner who downloads the Rover app will be able to send and receive Rover messages through the Rover app. Is this the best technique to handle the communication challenge with two owners of the same dog(s)?

The owner did not say whether the vet was concerned. The vet issued meds for pain and lethargy.

I took a dog for a walk to a county park near my home. Dogs on leashes are permitted at the park. Afterwards, I bathed the dog as a courtesy to the owner. The next day, the owner told me she was concerned about 3 bites on the dog's belly and went to the vet to have the bites inspected. The vet said the bites were from flies commonly found in nearby parks (not fleas). The owner was displeased and told me I should not have taken her dog to the county park. I reimbursed the owner for the vet visit. Going forward, I will ask owners for permission before taking their dogs for a walk in a county park. I was wondering whether you agree with my decision to reimburse the owner for the vet visit since I did not ask permission in advance of taking her dog to the county park for a walk.

A dog owner asked to care for his dog today from 9:00am to 5:30pm. I failed to start the visit in my app. The owner has picked up his dog. What do I need to do in order to record that the day care visit was delivered so that receive payment?
